  1. And that would be Barbara Kay the mother of Jonathan Kay, the mouthpiece and slobbering sycophant of Justin Trudeau

    1. And the real author of Common Ground, God help us. One day we’ll find out where Barbara went wrong.

For now, good to see Laura Rosen Cohen back in the blogging business.

  2. Any one who describes themselves as a ‘fan girl’ of anyone, isn’t worth listening to

    1. They are privileged that’s for sure.

      Don’t like Trump.

Ahhhhhhh feelings trump thoughts again living in a liberal world.

  3. Who would want to spend their time with Laura after reading this. (BTW, How old is she? 12?) Being me, I couldn’t get thru this without gagging. I’m a cynical hard-hearted Virgo and this is way over the top.

“I have totally fan-girled about this great lady many times in the past, but just in case it wasn’t clear, I just love Barbara Kay.
She is a wonderful person and a tremendous writer, and always writes from the heart. She is unafraid to tackle contentious issues, and draws from an incredible range of literature, history, life experience and hard-won personal wisdom when she writes. She’s also a blast to hang out with in person. I recently sat down with Barbara and we had a right-wing-Jewish-mom love-in of conversation here in Toronto. “

  4. Well, I started it, and I must say that LRC’s voice drives me nuts, but she’s a smart lady and she effin well has things figured out. And Barabara Kay is one of those very few Canadians who can honestly call herself a “journalist”.

Maybe one of these days I’ll have time to listen to lengthy podcasts, but not now.

  5. One of the best ever, a straight analysis of the corrupting influence of Cultural Marxism in plain English.

There are numerous “honour killings” covered up in Canada, loosely disguised as suicide. While the number of listed “honour killings” has decreased, the listing of suicide by Muslima has risen, and since it is the family who reports it. It is easier to sidestep an inconvenient truth about Sharia compliant atrocities than face down human evil and conquer it with true speech. Tom Quiggin is the only public figures raising this.

    1. Too bad some people are apparently so perturbed by a throwaway, self-deprecating, commonly used 21st Century slang phrase in the _description_ of the podcast that they missed this excellent _conversation_.
