    1. Canada has a huge race problem!

It’s too white for the Liberals and the CBC!

        1. And too much Kate for the Libranos and their Media.

“The Dark Cloud Of Racism Is Always Descending On The Prairies And Landing In Quebec”

Please apply to Brunswick News to replace their benign headline writer who I am convinced is Mahatma Ghandi’s
easier going little sister who is boffing Butts.

  1. From my experience, racism doesn’t have any one colour or place, but Quebec and the Quebecois are an unfortunate exception. They hate everybody.

  2. Given the priorities of loyalties of JWR, those being:
    1 Indigenous woman
    2 Lawyer and the profession
3 Responsibilities of her former cabinet post
    4 Liberal Party
I don’t find the cartoon any more racist than the notion that race and gender is one’s highest loyalty and ironically, very likely the reason she attained the office. Obviously, her priorities and ethics are reversed compared to your average Liberal politician and for that she should be somewhat honoured and respected.

    1. I said this a while ago — the real power of government by straight white men is that nobody cares when you fire one.

    2. Of course the cartoon is racist if you are a dysfunctional Moron. The cartoon accurately reflects her testimony in a humoristic form,, She was not racist in her tribal pride and TRUTH telling

  3. Quebecois seem to be the most racist people on the planet. Whenever you travel anywhere in the Caribbean, you have to tell the locals you are from Canada, not Quebec. They all look at you like the last person they want to deal with on the planet. Until you tell them you are from somewhere other than Kaybeck, then you are GOLDEN, they will do anything for you. I, for one, am getting tired of seeing entitled French Montrealers on the CBC telling me how great they are, and their jobs are so totally important to the well-being of my country. I am pretty sure I am not the only person in Western Canada that is getting a little tired of all of my tax money going to the Gangster state of Kaybeck.

    1. well oldtimer, I’d say it a toss up between frogs and wops. I find that there are many eyeties, even born in Canada, who hate Canadians and being called Canadian. But like any other demographic, there are good and bad, even with the eyetie and lillypad jumpers. BTW, I do have some frog in my heritage, and it is more than 1/1034th:-)))

  4. The Ongoing calls for her acsension is enough to make one PUKE.

Come on….this is no burst of Pure White TRUTH and INTEGRITY.
She got caught between a Rock and a Eunuch…when it was most likely Her Federal Prosecutors told her to go POUND SAND, when presented with the Pressure JWR put on THEM. They knew Damned well they would be the Fall Guys and end up in the big house for 8-10…!! Not Stupid… they were.

So upon being re-buffed she calls in her Supreme Court Buddy & all her BFF’s for a brain storming session – and out comes the decision to buck the PMO and Senior Officials while at the Same time make her out as the INNOCENT ONE…with Loads of “integrity” to match. I’m sure this was when the decision was made for one of said BFF’s to leak the story to the Globe n Mail….and the chips fell exactly as they intended.

This is one of the best Examples of Brilliant Polical Strategy I have ever seen….and working exactly as “she” planned..

Just keep in mind that said revision to the Criminal Code was enacted into LAW in September 2018…and NO ONE in Cabinet that knew of it nor why/for whom it was intended had any issue with it AT ALL….including the one who IMO initially championed it – JWR herself.

Pure White …. nah, not so much, Politically SAVY.? – BIG TIME.

    1. Yep. Either she or somebody she’s close to are pulling for Justin’s job. Either that or the real shot-callers are afraid they will lose in October with NPC Justin at the helm.

      1. That’s why the Hail Mary pass that Juthtin is throwing, wrapping himself in the Fluer de Lis.

The last vestige of a scoundrel is patriotism! This is all he has left, and his useful idiots, trotting up to any mike or cam, to blather on about Qbec jobs and Qbec pensions, blather blather.

Where was this vociferous defenseof ALBERTA RESOURCE JOBS, which vastly outnumber ONE firm in Qbec?

CRICKETS………………..we should actually thank PM Derp, he has made it clear that only Qbec counts, everyone else can pound sand!

        1. Actually the Quebec politicians and the fools who allowed the welfare of one company to determine whether 9000 people have jobs and whether the provincial pension plans can remain solvent should be first to lose their jobs. No need to worry though Alberta will just have to write a bigger check than usual to take up the slack. After all Quebecs much vaunted social programs must continue at any cost so the feds better make sure theres a little extra in the brown paper bag also.

      2. “…afraid they will lose in October with NPC Justin at the helm.”

Perhaps what they were really afraid of is they would win with him, which would mean another 4-5 years of Gerald Butts dismantling the economy and there wouldn’t be enough money coming in to the public treasury to pay the interest on any more public borrowing for them to steal.

    2. Steakman. AGREED. You nailed it. Rib Eye on the way.

Which is why I found a recent Rex Murphy piece, arguing the polar opposite, so disorienting and shockingly naive.

      She’s a 1) Injun and 2) a liberal. 3) a lawyer. 4) woman.

Her father rails against the “White Man’s Government”.

  5. The cartoon is just a cartoon. In ages past, this would be just a cartoon and move on, sort of speak.
In the woke world of today the cartoon is going to be analyzed by every and each Tam, Tam …. for what it means.
    Could it be misogynist?
    Could it be racist?
Could it be ….. this …. or …. that …. insert your preferred pejorative.

    1. Yes, the sound of a drum? Eeek racism. Whatever, yes over the top, her race is not the issue today, but this French language cartoon does shed some light on sentiment within Quebec attitudes towards corruption, iow not good for Grits.

So apologize for any mischaracterization of natives and their relevance in the issues at hand, move on, with the sentiment remaining, that JWD is schooling our cabin boy Pinocchio, and the Grits getting grilled in Quebec along with everywhere else.

Their “lost jobs” argument is a false narrative and a common threat from the SNC crooks, which has not led to “lost jobs.”

And actually, imho, nobody gives a crap about the argument anyway, false that it is.

Coming soon: the deferred prosecution SNC sought cannot be approved on national interest motivation, as does a timely case.

That is where the rubber met the road between Ms. Wilson Raybould and the Grit cabal at the PMO and elsewhere.

Butts can connect the dots. Too bad he resigned eh? He’s an advisor, so not bound by cabinet secrecy or privilege?

He could explain a lot about their conduct elsewhere; possibly the Admiral Norman trial, waiting in the courthouse wings.

Trudeau may just have lost control of the situation which could end up making the Martin flinch fest look like calm leadership.

The presstitutes will have a hard time keeping all of this out of the election campaign, but they will try, make no mistake.

Remember, total government incompetence, influence peddling and coercion pales in comparison with alt right deplorables?

Imagine thinking they would do any better. That’s like arguing Harper would have done better if he was still PM. No wait!

Upcoming announcement from Grit HQ: the PM has laryngitis and won’t be able to speak at all until the end of October.

  6. The cartoon is grossly unfair, as it depicts JWR holding a hatchet, not a tomahawk, as they were made of stone, metallurgy wasn’t a strong point of the indigenous people of B.C.

Our beloved PM,though, is armed only with his mighty puff-pastry fists, with which he beat up another Indian a few years ago. Also,OBPM is wearing loose fitting flip-flops,typical for a politician, while JWR wears tight fitting and racist moccasins, undoubtedly made in China.

I am appalled at the joint flying through the air as the PM would have smoked the joint BEFORE the match, not during it. OBPM knows the law and respects it! When it’s convenient.

Other than those minor points, I kinda hope it’s a sneak peek into Trudeau’s future, flying off the political cliff into oblivion, to limp back to his beloved Sophie who can sing him a lullaby and soothe his fevered brow.

Maybe Desmarais can put him on at Power Corporation in a position for which he’s qualified, although offhand I can’t think of one. Hm.

    1. Maybe his buddy Ben Mulroney can get him an important job like his.

Looking pretty while doing pointless interviews with vacuous people.

  7. This past week a black semi-pro hockey player left the ice and quit hockey. Couldn’t take the racism in quebekkie any longer.

The quebek traitor is also a well known anti Semite.

    They should nor be respected.

  8. Despite the fact that JWR deserves our gratitude for hopefully riding us of the Spawn, something that the eunuch leading the opposition could never have achieved, she, like most professional native indians are in it for the long game. Given that the strategy of that game is to utilize the legal “profession” to deplete the sovereignty of the Crown in favour of sovereignty of “FNs”, essentially reversing apartheid rather than eliminating it, one could argue that she was in conflict of interest as Justice Minister and Attorney General.

  9. Is this cartoon tasteless and a slight against Jody Hyphenated Name (who many have pointed out that she is not to be canonised)? Yes.

That being said, one must consider the following: leftists are race-baiting racists themselves and will approve of anything against anyone they don’t like, the popular press in this country is filled with unthinking hacks who can take a bribe and identity politics lays the groundwork for all manner of tribalism and generalisation. Indeed, people who employ this sort of feeling thrive on these generalisations.

What is amusing is that the anti-Jody sentiment the Liberals are desperately pumping out is not working for them (SEE: Sidhu, Jati).

  10. So how is this racist, anyway? Both she and her boosters make much hay over her “indigenous” status, and much has been said from Kinsella on down how PM Zoolander is picking on this “indigenous woman”, so it’s fair game to make use of that in a political cartoon.

  11. I’m pretty sure the West Coast Nations dressed nothing like that.

It’s like dressing a French Canadian and his family in South Asian wedding attire.

    For shame.

  12. Great cartoon. Supersquaw knocks out libfag. Notice it says “PLC-Lavalin” on Trudeau’s headgear, combing the Parti Liberal du Canada with the disgraced company. Nice touch that.

    1. The Jounal de Montreal is a tabloid, similar to the Toronto Sun or Vancouver Province. They have consistently reported on SNC-Lavalin corruption scandals both overseas an in Quebec, particularly the McGill “super-hospital”. Their columnist Normand Lester is particularly acerbic; he attended the trial of former SNC CEO Pierre Duhaime. The caricature of Trudeau wearing the Liberal-Lavalin boxing headgear is consistent with their other reporting. Some readers on this site underestimate how much people in Quebec are fed up with corruption.

    1. fred:

Thanks for the post. I wasn’t aware of the Padlock Law.

Seems Duplessis saw communism as a threat. Of course the law was broad to include those the government deemed to be political opponents all the while running roughshod over basic human rights. It’s the quebek way.

  13. All the beactching about the cartoon has to be coming from Trudeau supporters. They are the ones embarrassed about the truth of the satiric cartoon, and the fact their metrosexual Justy got his political clock cleaned this week.
I don’t think there could be any natives offended by the presentation of J.W. Raybould in the cartoon, they are always proud to be native, in fact Raybould used native words in her testimony. As far as personal looks within a cartoon, everyone knows they are exaggerated beyond reality.
Again, I think the complaints are coming from Trudeau supporters that want the cartoon shut down, removed, and they don’t want anymore cartoons depicting their Fancy Boy, shown to be such a looser.

  14. I found the cartoon extremely funny. Too bad it isn’t a real cliff and he could disappear out of our lives.

  15. Interesting that she’s depicted punching him when she’s holding a perfectly servicable hatchet in the other hand that would more efficiently do him harm; is that meant to symbolize the additional truth that didn’t come out at the committee hearing?

Also, the pair of sandals give a hint at being a male-genitalia graffiti, possibly symbolizing that getting knocked off the boy.

  16. The cartoon is much better for a reason none of you have mentioned. Remember this guy:
Member of the Algonquin Nation and a citizen of the Indian Reserve of Kitigan Zibi near Maniwaki, Quebec –
    Senator Patrick Brazeau?
Trudeau got his ass kicked by a female “indian” this round.
Being a nice guy, I doubt Patrick is laughing.
