      2. Liz j, have you ever heard anything about the fees that were paid to Omar’s shysters? They undoubtedly soak the absolute maximum, probably $800/hour or more, as it’s only government money. Norris’s Bill would be interesting to see, probably for hundreds if not thousands of hours.

      I’ve been investigating renewable energy systems for over 25 years. Yes, RE is feasible, but for certain applications and, no, it’s not going to be cheap.

      Worse is that the lefties think that such systems can simply be plunked into place anywhere and start producing power right away. Uh, no. It’s not as straightforward as that. Each site has its own characteristics, as does each application. What works for one location might not be suitable for another.

      She’s the type who thinks that electricity comes out of a wall.

  5. I know this video is from March 2, 2018, but to have a panel, including Canada’s Minister of Immigration, discuss increasing the country’s population from its current 37 million to 100 million by 2100 without using the word “culture” in the course of approximately 50 minutes is jaw dropping.

  9. Just caught some of CBC Morning News, today, with Heather Hiscox, arguably the worst, most corrupt broadcast host in all of Canadian journalism. Anyways, she just announced that today, November 16 2018, marks CBC Radio’s 50th anniversary! Are we all excited and enthralled by this? OK, maybe not.

    To celebrate this wondrous anniversary, Hiscox had on the As It Happens host Carol Off — a radio journalist who has spent her hard-working career supporting tyrannical dictators and opposing international human rights. If one hasn’nt heard Carol Off, she flaunts her snobbish, fake Upper Canada College accent, constructing a pseudo-intellectual tone — and here she bantered with Ms. Hisvox, tbe two Ceeb leftists fawning over each other, exclaiming how great CBC News has been over the years. Mutual back scratching this.

Of course taxing , funding anti oil , failure to defend against court actions , canceled pipeline projects , upstream emissions responsibly , and topping it of with legislation designed to kill any project has nothing to do with it! It is them mericans and Harper’s fault is sure to come as they are perplexed. Meanwhile they have garenteed increased equalization to Quebec. So where is that money coming from?   14. Roy Clark was an immense talent. A virtuoso on a number of instruments.
    He was a star on the cornball TV show HeeHaw with the knob Buck Owen’s.
    Owen’s was a star as well but a less than reputable character. They hated each other but you couldn’t tell.
    RIP Roy. The band just picked up a helluva player.
