On second thought … I’ll follow the advice of the (racist) white-privilege Sherpa … and do it for you. I’ll clean out your desk … and put it all into a cardboard box that will be available for pick up at the curb. See! No “pressure” from your “white” (and/or Asian) supervisor. Oh, and I wouldn’t recommend using us as a job reference … because we’re “too racist” to give you a fair evaluation.

I’m always amused at how “self-marginalizing” this sort of progressive nonsense tends to become. It’s hard to see any private employer faced with this tosh who will not quietly opt to avoid such “people of colour” in their workforce. And then there’ll be another hullabaloo over the absence of “people of colour” in the workplace for some reason.

Fortunately, governments – ever prepared to accommodate whatever aggrieved demographic is trendy at the moment – are always ready to fill up their ministries and departments with all manner of useless equity offices and agencies designed to employ these people!

The soft bigotry of low expectations. Why can’t she accept that to treat people of hue differently than people of pallor is wrong?

Yes, the racism of low expectations…. but I see nothing ‘soft’ about it.

Trump should be pushing that theme against the Dems as hard as he pushes the ‘fake news’ theme against the MSM. Leftards demonstrate at virtually every turn that they believe brown and black people to be far less capable than whites. This arrogant and bigoted ‘we know best’ liberal mentality has nearly destroyed native cultures in Canada and caused generations of US blacks to be trapped in cycles of poverty.

I honestly do not understand why American blacks in particular are so blind as to the condescending way Dems have treated and manipulated them over these many decades. Probably has a lot to do with the industry of professional black race hustlers that are taking full advantage of a broken social ideology and the resulting ‘broken people’ it has caused.

The Dems have made it abundantly clear that they see these peoples as controllable voting blocs, nothing more.

Exactly. A black manager complained about “the man” to me one morning. He was a solid employee so it was an unexpected comment. As his supervisor, I could only point out that I was his “the man” and I reported to senior “the man” who controlled the company and our money while also accountable to “the man” in the form of board members and stock holders.
