Nearly a dozen Republican members of Congress on Wednesday sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department and FBI seeking an investigation of former bureau boss James Comey, his deputy Andrew McCabe, ex-Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Hillary Clinton in connection with 2016 campaign controversies.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions already announced last month he had assigned a federal prosecutor to review some of those broader issues, while resisting calls for a second special counsel. But the referral represents an escalation of Republican pressure to probe top Democrats and Trump critics.
Sometimes it’s better to shut up and let a large number of people think that you are a lying biased manipulater than writing a book and doing interviews and removing all doubt !

Comey is either, according to two extreme sides in this issue…
1. A lying partisan scoundrel who sold out the integrity of the FBI for both the Clintons and himself, and followed with a witch hunt against Trump. Or…
2. A paragon of integrity being bullied by a vindictive President.
The truth, as can often be found, probably lays somewhere between these two accounts. I happen to believe that he was caught in a tough spot by the directives from Obama and his administration to give Hillary a free pass, and in the end left to be the public fall guy. Non the less, how he has conducted himself since then does him no honor.

Obama does not like Clinton. So there would be only one reason for pressure on Comey. An investigation into her emails would implicate Obama.
Yes, he did not like her, but she was on his team, he owed her, and he despised Trump.

Hopefully this takes 5 months to truly unravel, dovetailing nicely with high election season.
Culminating in the front page image of Hillary being taken away in leg irons.
In 5 months, they will still be fighting over the ground rules on how to start a prosecution. The whole process will take years to play out. This might be a gift to the Repubs for numerous elections going forward, as they remind all of prosecutions underway.
Both America and Canada are so corrupt they cannot be fixed short of a violent revolution. Show me just one person with the balls to start it and I will be there beside him. I would venture a guess, based on all that has come out, that Obama was playing QB here throughout, and that all that’s needed to ensure Republicans win the next 5+ elections is sitting on Anthony Weiner’s laptop with the NYPD.
