Former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice ordered U.S. spy agencies to produce “detailed spreadsheets” of legal phone calls involving Donald Trump and his aides when he was running for president, according to former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova.
“What was produced by the intelligence community at the request of Ms. Rice were detailed spreadsheets of intercepted phone calls with unmasked Trump associates in perfectly legal conversations with individuals,” diGenova told The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group Monday.
“The overheard conversations involved no illegal activity by anybody of the Trump associates, or anyone they were speaking with,” diGenova said. “In short, the only apparent illegal activity was the unmasking of the people in the calls.”
Other official sources with direct knowledge and who requested anonymity confirmed to TheDCNF diGenova’s description of surveillance reports Rice ordered one year before the 2016 presidential election.

Michael Doran, former NSC senior director, told TheDCNF Monday that “somebody blew a hole in the wall between national security secrets and partisan politics.” This “was a stream of information that was supposed to be hermetically sealed from politics and the Obama administration found a way to blow a hole in that wall,” he said.
Doran charged that potential serious crimes were undertaken because “this is a leaking of signal intelligence.”

It appears to me … watching the goings on south of the 49th, that America is edging closer to a civil war. When the Democrats behave like spoiled evil children with destructive powers, and half the populations supports it … it’s only a matter of time.
Sometime we have to give peace a chance, but then there are times like the one with are in now, where we need to give civil war a chance.
It’s the only way to truly clean house and get America back on track.
My money is on the conservatives, as they own all the guns and they know how to shoot straight … none of they ghetto sideways gun crap.
To avoid a lot of blood shed, I suggest the forces of good simply cut off all supplies going into the big liberal cities until there is no food, energy or safety left … then we can talk … or not.
And of course, changing the rules so that such unmasked information can be widy spread was NEVER done with the intention that it would end up being leaked…….except……it was.

I have thought the US is edging toward a civil war for a while now. Look at how many Komsomolets the universities are churning out. The radical left was, under Obama, making a serious and final effort to radically remake the US into a Marxist state. Most high-ranking Democrats belong behind bars. If someone like Hillary is walking free then it’s likely that all of them will remain so. There appears to be no rule of law in the US which has pretty much achieved Banana Republic status. The institutional left has taken over, inhabiting virtually all levels of state apparatus and seems prepared to keep the populist Trump tied up every which way. I doubt that the progressive wing of the GOP will go along with, assuming Trump even wants to, neutralizing the out-of-control leviathan.
The people that were surveilled illegally are allowed to sue in civil court.
Even if they stay out of jail, they can be broken financially. Living well is sometimes the best revenge.

Far from just abstract policy stuff, they needed a friendly incoming administration to conceal what was done. Who among these scum cares about dead men in Libya? The real issue was avoiding a criminal investigation.
It also explains why Obama suddenly got heavily involved in campaigning in summer 2016. They realized that the election would be a lot closer than the shoe-in they initially thought it would be.

There is little doubt that progressives (heavily subverted by the radical left), knew exactly what they had to do during the Cold War. They could not win a shooting war with the West so they systematically infiltrated the education and media infrastructure to direct public thinking to their will.
The USA is no different than Canada or any of the Euro nations. Why do progressives universally support illegal immigration? It provides them with motivated foot soldiers if it comes down to conflict. I doubt that will be necessary as they have pretty much won the war already.

Rice’s brilliant response is she unmasked US citizens routinely, and that spreadsheet allegations are “false” because she didn’t actually produce any.
The Dems have been hiding along behind classification to cover their false narrative of a “criminal investigation” of Trump by the FBI’s Comey.
He actually said it was a counter-intelligence investigation which already concluded there was no evidence of anything nefarious from the Trump team, but with the witch hunt failed, the Dems just throw more straw men into the fire.
Is this because the Dems are aware of why the FBI investigations continues? They see smoke from Trump, but do they know the fire will burn them?
I think it’s a false flag action on the Dems’ part, as usual typical projection, to divert attention to the fact they are under investigation, on a variety of legal fronts, with serious allegations that high level Dems were in on a scheme to surveil the Trump team, even after his election.
Some of this involved “signal intelligence” which by its nature is always highly classified, and the unauthorized dissemination is a felony. In the course of that Rice, in a possibly criminal act, “requested” the unmasking of Trump people.

I am puzzled by one thing however. I find it difficult to fathom how Obama, now outgoing as a senior statesman to his golf and book tours and talks, would risk all that on an operation that clearly he would have to known about.

The unmasking would only be done by an investigation initiated by the FBI, CIA, NSA…..None of the legal investigative agencies requested the Trump wire-tap unmasking… It all should have been discarded/trashed

Just a comment, Susan Rice made a point that the Intel she received was SELECTED for her, that means that there must be another person, or persons, who made sure she got all the Trump surveillance..That is a conspiracy…

To be clear, there was nothing illegal about the surveillance or the unmasking of names. It is the leaking that is the issue although the leaking of Gen Flynn turned out to be a good thing. We should all be glad he is out of there. Also great to see that Bannon was turfed from the NSC. The remaining Generals are very good people.
