If you got rid of the skates and the ice i think you would end up with lacrosse….and how popular is lacrosse in the states.Hmmm lets see…HOCKEY HAS….Nice goals,nice saves,awesome fights,loyal fans who go retarded when there team wins,and beautiful woman who are more than willing to show thier tits when their team wins a playoff game…..what more do you americans want.Aside from the fact that it is fast paced and there is always something going on rather than 40 seconds in between 5 second plays or 1 minute in between 1 second pitches I dont see the difference.Start watching hockey,figure it out,and be able to see the puck without a flash of light behind it on FOX(which is a topic for a whole other conversation,and all I will say now is IT IS A BLACK PUCK ON AN ALL WHITE SURFACE) and you will totally have yourself a new favorite sport.Hockey is amazing and The Flames are bringin the cup bavk where it belongs and is appreciated.

Considering that a quick check of the main page would reveal I live in Saskatchewan, (and except for brief stints in northern Alberta and Manitoba, always have) I’d hope that myCanadian readers would have a little more imagination *wink* about my premise that this type of celebration is a hockey tradition that occurs after every game…
