Polls are for Dogs

Last week, the right were all whiners about poll internals.

This week the left is.

I believe the famous Dief line was "My dog knows what to do with polls."

I'm not convinced at all that the views of most people have changed that much over the past few months. We must remember that the pollsters use weighting to modify their raw data any which way they deem best.

So even if the actual raw data didn't change at all, altering the weighting can completely change the end results.

IMO [many] pollsters are joining the legions of journolists [sic] and climate "scientists", who have proven themselves to be corruptible and eventually corrupted to the core.

It's beyond sad to me how even mathematics, or more precisely, the manipulation thereof, has become corrupted by the Modern Left.

I don't believe the "Romney +8!!!" poll either. Still over-samples Dems, still has rigged questions, still being run by guys with money on Obama to win. And really, its still a BS telephone poll when all's said and done. Nothing has changed.

Romney up by 16, that I might believe.

Still, it is fun to see them whine when the shoe is on the other foot.

Yadda yadda yadda Who gives a crap about polls. I've been saying for weeks that Romney in a landslide. The only poll that matters is Nov 6.

Everyone really wants to know why John Corzine was left of the Wall street Rogues Gallery in the latest "Big Bird" campaign ad from the Obama regime.

If polls were right then...

Danielle Smith and the Wildrose Party would be governing Alberta.

Harper would have won a minority for a third time.

The PQ would have a majority.

You nailed it.

Polls are for people who don't want to think for themselves.

People lie, especially today about politics. No one trusts pollsters anymore than they do the IRS.
To my mind, its a Pagan form of divination.

The difference is the right were complaining about the polls being inaccurate. Now the left are complaining about the polls being more accurate.

R+4 is not accurate.

IF the polls formerly favouring Obama were unbelieveably in the tank for the Dem agenda then this is a harbinger for these same pollsters trying to salvage their reputations by indicating the coming landslide for Romney/Ryan.
