It turns out this guy works for the Colorado Democratic Party. He has been fired. Somehow I think this is one of things where they tell you to do something and then say if you get caught you are on your own.

To try to figure out in a split second whether a glitter bomb is a harmless prank or a serious threat to Romney must be, um, interesting. Get an over-excitable security person in there and people could die.
