A loaded out B52 may accomplish what prayers cannot.

So let me get this straight; you have to be 14-16 years old before you have any idea of the wrongs you're committing(young offenders act), yet a 6 year old can be slapped with a sexual assault?

Even if the states do not have a young offenders act, handing a 6 year old a sexual assault charge is like handing a rape charge to an adult who is brushing against every patron on a tiny dance floor.

Completely insane.

The school officials should be arrested and charged with aggravated harassment.

Chemical castration is the only answer for this 6 year old. Why take a chance ? What if he touches someone else? Teachers must remain ever vigilant or there is a chance these kids will turn out normal. The motto in California is "not under my watch".

Why have we let the wing-nuts take over our school systems?

What makes me laugh is these are the same retards who wonder why there are no men doing charity work with Big Brothers, for example.

The same retards wonder why people no longer participate in these:

The distinctive red-and-white sign that appears in windows of Block Parent homes. The Block Parent Program (French: Le Programme Parents-Secours) is a large, volunteer-based, child safety & crime

If he gets a TSA job when he grows up, we'll know he was guilty.

How exactly can a prepubescent, i.e. not sexually developed, individual commit a sex crime...?

" Sex Assault Claim Against 6-Year-Old "

Let me fix that headline for ya, Hercules CBS 5.

" Sex Assault Claim Against 6-Year-Old Male Pervert Because (as we know) All Males are Perverts and It's Better to Charge Them While They're Young because We Know That He Would Become A Murdering Serial Rapist When He Gets Older "

Like when he's 7 or somethin'.

Investigating all the 'lurid' details of the act is how inbred Lefty Lunatics satisfy their own secret sexual, pedophilia fantasies.

I heard teaching sexuality in some states begins in kindergarten, so not surprised these educators thought the boy's actions were of a sexual nature, given that the sexualization of children has become a primary goal of educators.

Inappropriate touching is taught in pre-school and Kindergarten. Many children are confused by this teaching because they do not know what sexual touching is, they are simply unable to differentiate. They are taught if anyone touches you in the groin area - tell an adult and that is exactly what the boy who was tagged did.

It was the teacher and principle who sexualized the touching.

The push is on by the "minor attracted persons" and "Inter-generational sexual relations" advocates that are pushing, with APA's approval, the legitimacy of the Kinsey fraudulent and unethical sex experiments performed on infants, toddlers, per-schoolers and young school aged children that "prove" children are sexual the moment they are born.

Judith Reisman's site has a whole section dedicated to Kinsey and his unethical, non-scientific experiments.

Anybody ever take wrestling in high school gym class? If a 6 year old is getting treated like this, a wrestling student would get 20 to life.

The fifth amendment to the US Constitution, in full:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

This sure looks like deprivation of liberty without due process of law to me. Notice that the subject of the sentence is "no person", not "no citizen". The men who ratified this thought that the rights specified here were so fundamental that they be extended to non-citizens.

There are those that should be sued out of exitence.

This is one case that applies. The parents should sue and demand a bag of cash.

The thing is, they can't put them in jail for that, so the next best thing is to get them pay, not the taxpayer, for their stupidity.

If kids can seriously be considered to "sexually harass" other youngsters, then they could also be considered to "consent" to sex with pedophile adults. Perhaps one reason for pushing the former is to try to push for the latter later.
