OWS: A True "Grass Roots" Campaign

Too bad for the supporters of OWS that the "grass" is made out of plastic.

Yep. That's how you know exactly how full of sh1t the msm is on this. Lots of video, lots of interviews, lots of time taken talking to the morons in the park... zero time spent following the money.

MSM=free publicity for Barry's Clown Circus on Wall St.

Shut off your cable subscription.

Does this surprise anybody? Where did the journos in the MSM get their education?

Reasoning and critical thought are not taught in the education system so to think that 'people' will figure this out is probably a 'hope'. It is mentally weak escapism to blame 'the bankers' or broader 'capitalism' for where most of these people find themselves. Many people think that simply presenting themselves is enough to garner the benefits that society can offer.

Ha! Just showing up IS enough, has been for 40 years! Show up at the welfare office, they give you money. Show up at the hospital, they give you medicine. Show up at school, they give you a diploma.

Show up at OWS, they give you a tent and lunch! You can pick up chicks and break windows and do lots of other fun stuff with the other cool kids and feel all important and yell at rich people and crap on their doorsteps and be on TV! Sweet!

Show up at a Tea Party event, they tell you to take your d@mn hat off for the national anthem and pick up the frickin' garbage you dropped, you lazy good for nothin' commie POS. Towtally bogus, man!

So one can see why the Just Show Up crowd goes with OWS all the way, baby. And they'll keep at it right up until the last free lunch gets handed out. Then -poof-, gone like magic to the next place they can Just Show Up.

"the Just Show Up crowd"

Perfect! How do we make it go viral?

The link following was posted by Lev in yesterday's Reader's Tips. I really feet it should get wider exposure: http://www.breitbart.tv/chicagos-chuck-goudie-wls-tv-tells-truth-about-occupys-radical-origins-bigotry/

This video shows pretty conclusively that the entire "Occupy" movement was launched by Vancouverite Kalle Lasn, proprietor of Adbusters, who registered the Web site www.occupywallstreet.com in July, 2011, and promoted the concept via his Adbusters online magazine. Adbusters, in turn, gets financing from the Tides foundation, which gets money from Georgie boy.

Those oh so progressive #occupy wall streeters are so far ahead of The Tea Partiers.

The 'everything-should-be-free' crowd has now put up a 'safe tent' for women.

[The safety measure comes amid a terrifying spree of sexual assaults -- including an alleged rape -- in the Zuccotti Park camp.]

How hypocritical of right whingers to complain about astroturfing...something that they have been doing for years.

Whatever you do don't stand in front of the Whitehouse to protest for "Change".

Might mess with Barrys B-ball game on the new hoop he had installed out in the back 40.

Ron - what convenient planning! Assembling the women who are least likely to defend themselves in one location so the rapists in the crowd know where to find them. I think that the "we're packing and will castrate anyone who tries to rape in this park" tent would be a safer place for them but, well, this isn't a Tea Party gathering....

At heart, Oakland's occupiers and worthless political class want to live as beneficiaries of a prosperous Western society without making any contribution to the productivity necessary to sustain it.

Question, trollberia: How long will the stinking hippies stay in Zucotti Park when the free lunch runs out?

Same length of time it takes to roll up a sleeping bag and dismantle a tent? Or do you think they'll just walk away and leave all that sh1t where it lies?

Posted by: The Phantom at November 5, 2011 3:29 PM

WTF Phatom? Your question and comment are both irrelevant. Corporate fascists have been astroturfing for years, aided and abetted by useful idiots like you. Now...stop drinking and start feeling the shame that you rightly deserve to feel for fellating your corporate masters all these years.

Posted by: lberia at November 5, 2011 6:14 PM

Trollberia's postings are beyond laughable and oh so predictable. They perfectly fit the textbook modus operandi of Leftists. It's use of the term "corporate fascists" is very par for the course.

As you'll all see in a larger post tomorrow morning, the general approach of the Leftist is as follows:

1. Identify a 'bad thing'.
2. Completely ignore whether its 'badness' is unavoidable or is outweighed by its benefits.
3. Get indignant.
4. Decide that people who don't share your outrage are evil, stupid or shamefully indifferent.
5. Wallow in how principled and righteous you feel.
6. Propose some alternative to the status quo that superficially appears clever and caring, but which won't work, will have disastrous secondary effects, and will require a police state to enforce.
7. Watch journalists, poseurs and inadequates support your 'cause', and badger the government into making it public policy out of fear of looking 'nasty'.
8. Behold as society unravels.

Don't let Iberia's name fool you, Iberians, as a rule are hard working and morally conservative. How do you break up a Portuguese wedding? Holler 'concrete'!

I notice that the SEIU logo has been slightly altered to resemble a hammer and sickle. Is this a little joke or did they actually change their logo for the Occupy riots? It's pretty fitting though.

What Phantom at 3:29 said.

There is a video where two "Occupy..." morons claim that North Koreans are getting just wages.

I swear to God.

Airlift these tubbies just south of the Yalu River and see what they think then.

Here's an idea. Everytime you see an Adbusters magazine on the store shelf rip the cover on it. This way they can't sell it and it gets taken off the shelf. I mean, if the leftist mob can feel entitled to smashing property and destroying society then I can feel free to deny an income to the crappy magazine that started all this BS. Right?
