15 people were arrested at a New York amusement park after Muslim women in hijabs were denied entrance onto rides because of safety reasons related to their headgear. Here is an explanation of what initiated the violence:
Earlier, a park cashier told a Journal News reporter that a woman wearing a hijab either pushed or hit a ride operator who forbade her from going on the ride. Early WW1, The Royal Flying Corps, swiftly/hastily had to introduce colthing regs, after a few of it's intreped pilots had their scarfs caught in the pusher props of the early aircraft..with grizly results..remember this was before seat belts...
