I think the retrial will be over very quickly with an acquittal.

Dave in PA, European Inquisition style courts function just like the Human Rights Tribunals.
Main difference is that in a European court a defendent can ask for dismissal of a/the judge(s)/prosecutor(s) and can ask for an appeal of the verdict/sentence.

The judge needs to be fired, he/she it crossed an ethical line that should never be crossed.
