The Simple fact is that LEGAL Immigrants are allowed to vote on City & Municipal ballots…. I was a Green Card holder for >12 years and had the advantage of advice from a 6th Ave law firm.. They advised me not to confuse my status becouse there was not a simple way to cast my limited vote WHY: The system does not separate ballot’s or check immigration status..therefore every Legal Alien would receive the complete Ballot.. including State & President…
