I would differ with Donna V. that these pathetic individuals even represent any significant Black numbers but do agree that Black contributions to American culture have been degraded along with the collective Black condition. The timing of the decline coincides well with the next generational effect from LBJ's great society. This is a stark example of the rejection of culture in the name of an ethnic non culture.
