Speaking of "shutting down", yesterday at Drudge the headline story was about the Oakland Police Service no longer responding to a list of 20 "minor" crimes. When I went back later the article link was gone, and I couldn't find a whiff of it on the web. Sean Hannity did talk about it on his show, and a little more looking and I found it.
