Posted by Kate at September 9, 2009 2:35 PMNews to me. Quick, Dawg, grab your gun and join me in fighting them today. You and I will fight the Nazi menace the only way that works: through physical force. In 48 hours, I can get a dozen people with guns, who each know another dozen people with guns, who will happily do an Inglorious Basterds on their asses.
I’m (deadly) serious.
Are you…?
Oh wait: you don’t believe in private gun ownership, which leaves you pretty dickless in this fight.
Unless there’s no need to have such a fight.
Because you and I both know you’re just talking smack about “Nazis all over Canada.”
You can’t have it both ways. If they’re real, let’s get ‘em. They’ve got to be destroyed. I’m ready. Call me. I’m in the phone book.
But they aren’t real. This fake Nazi menace is as real as those “mass graves” you keep looking for, and “fire doesn’t melt steel”, and Lee Harvey Oswald wasn’t a communist, and that “DDT kills babies” shit and all the other self-aggrandizing BS you people have been foisting on us for the last century.
You’re just a moral exhibitionist with way too much time on his hands.
All that said: the minute you get in HRC shit, I, like Jay, will be there to help you out too.
Gee, we seem to be doing all the heavy lifting on our side, huh?
LOL!
Too bad Dawg's right, there's nazis all over Canada. They generally hold memberships in SOCIALIST parties. You know, like the NDP!
Posted by: the bear at September 9, 2009 3:15 PMThis has got to be my favorite rant here yet. It exposes the moral and philosophical corruption behind the idea that you can protect a persons rights by denying a persons rights. Life Liberty and Property are the ONLY rights that exist everything else is a printing press right. Your right to free speech is based on my right to free speech. Your right to religious expression is directly tied to mine, your right to deny gay marriage is directly tied to my right to support it... the list goes on and on. Unfortunately there are those on both sides of the political and ideological isle that want to curtail someones rights to "uphold" their own.
Posted by: Zip at September 9, 2009 3:21 PMKathy Shaidle still had fear and elusion of her ancester came long time ago I think from Germany and she can not stop thinking of relgion differnce and gun and tunk and
Mrs. Shaidle thinks the word
Muslim in future must be changed in new meaning
any time you see Muslim it means check it
in Webster Dictionary to
Muslim means:
" Muslim think they are better than Catholic " lol!
the same as Mr. Ignigitiff thinks he is better than Harper
I planed to invited her in Toronto to have lunch with Muslim community and talk about Islam but having new gun treat I changed my mind
On second thought, if she does not watch so much Sep 11, 2001 with version of George W. Bush can help her cool off
==============================================
Kathy Shaidle moved to a conservative, Roman Catholic position, prompted in large part by the attacks of September 11, 2001,while Her views on Islam, political correctness, freedom of speech only for nonmuslim to talk about Muslim, and other issues have ignited controversy
we can conclude she is not know too much about Islam and Sep 11 except brief story of last Wife of Muslim prophet
Posted by: new at September 9, 2009 3:28 PMOK I'll admit it...every once anad a while Shaidle gets a good one off. And it is not dimished by the fact that it was low and over the plate, so to speak.
I see her not running after hitting it but striding for the first couple of steps while she watches it and then doing a slow jog around the bases, savouring each touch of each base.
Contained, powerful, accurate. You think they would learn not to pitch her like that, but they count on the wild swing and the foul off or pop up. But every once and a awhile she arcs one where Canseco put it, without the steroids no less.

Now we have proof he is an idiot.
Maybe he's been to Prince George and seen the crosses burning on Heidi's front lawn.
Maybe he's talking about Feminazis?? There's plenty of them. And where can they be found, perchance: In the NDP and the LPT (Liberal Party of Toronto).
Or maybe Eco-nazis? Lots of them, too: And where can they be found, perchance? Why the Greens, NDP and LPT.

Of course if they were real Nazis the NDP would have to morph over significantly to the NSDAP, thus adding a few more letters to the acronym.
I think Kathy's got it right Dr. Dawg is a "moral exhibitionist".
Then of course there are the "amoral exhibitionists" ...
Dr. Dawg must be hallucinating as I've yet to see any reputable news reports of vast swaths of Nazis goosestepping across Canada.
Achtung NSDAP Angriff!
Neues Deutscher Partei (NDP) anyone? (New German Party)
Dr. Dawgs statement only exhibits paranoia and a complete break with reality. Time to up the meds dosage.
Maybe this is because Dr. Dawg (would that be a German shepherd?) let his eyes glaze over on the 47th viewing of Inglorious Basterds.
Let me guess, these vast swaths of Nazis were inscribing bathroom stalls with the swastika.
The infamous mark of WK!!

newspeak.
all of it. newspeak. convoluted, mangled beyond comprehension leftoidal complex and intricate and highly selective newspeak.
did you read the book? spot on. 1984 was just an arbitrary number. like they say, it's 3 in the afternoon somewhere.
does the heavy lifting include all those rocks getting flipped over in the vigilant search for rights violations?
We've let our freedoms be compromized because of the dire threat of a handful of adolescents dressed up in Halloween costumes in their parents' basement chanting "Sieg Heil".
Doesn't take much to get people to throw our liberties out the window, does it?
Posted by: rabbit at September 9, 2009 4:18 PMLOL! Dawg, dickless but Kathy repeats herself.
Posted by: RFC at September 9, 2009 4:23 PMI tell you, we are living in '1984', all words have had their meaning reversed. Anti-fascists are actually fascists. Peace activists want us to lose wars, not abstain from war. Human rights actually means power for the state, and less (or no) liberty for the individual. Modern liberals want the exact opposite of what liberals would have wanted even 100 years ago.
Truly dystopian. I would not believe it myself if I were not living it.
Posted by: Kevin Lafayette at September 9, 2009 4:44 PMWhat is Kathy Shaidle if not a moral exhibitionist herself! Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
People who resort to calling others "nazis" have already shot themselves in the foot. It's best to take whatever is left of the foot and shove it in their mouths.
Posted by: Osumashi Kinyobe at September 9, 2009 4:53 PMKathy Shaidle is not the only one, who hate Nazi!
Michael Bloomberg mayor of New York who his sister is working as a commisioner in UN also said that he hated Canadian Nazi and terrorist too.
===========
Michael Bloomberg used to be Democrat in 2001 and there was close the Democrate won the election suddenly after September 11 he decided to shake hand with Rudolph W. Giuliani ( mayor f New york on January 1, 1994 – December 31, 2001) and join Republican
Michael Rubens Bloomberg (born February 14, 1942) is the current Mayor of New York City. He was listed as the eighth-richest American, with a net worth of US $16 billion, in the Forbes 400 on September 17, 2008, making him the richest resident of New York City, ahead of David H. Koch. He is the founder and 88% owner of Bloomberg L.P., a financial software services company.
A lifelong Democrat before seeking elective office, Bloomberg switched his registration in 2001 and ran for mayor as a Republican, winning the election that year and a second term in 2005.
He was frequently mentioned as a possible independent candidate for the 2008 presidential election and fueled that speculation when he left the Republican Party in June 2007 to become an independent. There was also speculation that he would run as a vice-presidential candidate. Bloomberg did not, however, seek the presidency nor was he selected as a running mate by any of the presidential candidates.
Michael Bloomberg was born to a Jewish family of Russian and Polish descent[8] at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston on February 14, 1942. His father, William Henry Bloomberg, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on January 19, 1906, was the son of a Russian Jewish immigrant and a real estate agent. His mother, in New Jersey, was the daughter of a Russian immigrant . She is now a centenarian and reportedly in very good health. The family lived in the Boston neighborhood of Allston until Bloomberg was two years old; Bloomberg lived until after he graduated from college. His younger sister, Marjorie Tiven, is Commissioner of the New York City Commission for the United Nations(UN), Consular Corps and Protocol.
Bloomberg attended Johns Hopkins University, where he joined Phi Kappa Psi, and graduated in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in electrical engineering. Later he received his MBA degree from Harvard Business School. On May 16, 2009 he received a Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Fordham University.
Bloomberg married Yorkshire-born Susan Brown in 1975. Bloomberg divorced Brown and is currently romantically linked with former New York state banking superintendent Diana Taylor. The 2001 mayoral election was held on Tuesday, November 6, 2001 because of sep11.
Republican incumbent Rudy Giuliani could not run again due to term limits. As Democrats outnumber Republicans by 5 to 1 in the city, it was widely believed that a Democrat would succeed him in City Hall. However, billionaire Michael Bloomberg, a lifelong Democrat, changed his party affiliation a few months before the election in order to avoid a crowded primary, and ran as a Republican. The Democratic primary was meant to be held on September 11 but was postponed due to the September 11 attacks; it was instead held on September 25. The primary opened the way to a bitter run-off between the Bronx-born Puerto Rican Fernando Ferrer, and Mark J. Green, a non-Hispanic who attacked Ferrer's close ties to Rev. Al Sharpton, leaving the party divided along racial lines. Bloomberg spent $74 million on his election campaign, which was a record amount at the time for a non-presidential election (Bloomberg would break his own record in 2005). Thanks also in part to active support from Giuliani.
Mrs. Hillary Clinton moved from Washington to New York and she was United State Senator from New York in office from January 3, 2001 to January 21, 2009. Over the last few months, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has ramped up his rhetoric against Sen. Hillary Clinton, deriding her as a radical liberal who will take the wrong direction. Giuliani continued his assault on Clinton, describing her as "very, very liberal", decrying her universal health care proposal as "socialized medicine" and discounting the successes she had in wooing moderate and conservative voters in New York.
It's no secret that Giuliani is far more moderate/liberal on social issues like abortion, gay rights and gun control than the average Republican caucus or primary voter. Giuliani has largely neutralized attacks from his rivals on these matters with a two-pronged message: you may not agree with me on everything but I am the best leader in this field and I am the only candidate who can beat Hillary Clinton.
For the second time since resigning the Alaska governorship more than a month ago, Sarah Palin is adding her voice to the fiery debate over health care. This time, Palin is hitting the pages of the Wall Street Journal as President Obama gets set to address a joint session of Congress on the issue. Hillary Clinton ( Obama) vs. Giuliani( Palin) Would Grab Even More Power

The neo-fabian left is essentially a cult of fear mongering paranoids. They engage in Quixote-esque battles with phantom monsters rather than face our real enemys.
Posted by: Jim at September 9, 2009 5:30 PMLets see. I have a REAL Nazi flag, luger, and helmet. Does this make me a Nazi??? Nevermind the fact my grandfather brought them back from Europe after helping defeat the bastards.
As others here have said,we do have tons of nazis here. unfortunately, like Germany once had, they are in "valid" political parties (NDP,Bloc,Lieberals,Greenies).
My friend's father also had a Nazi flag from the war. He was the one who shimmied up the flag pole to rip the thing down after his unit took out a German position.

Are you kidding me? That is how I feed the stray cats. It's the cycle of life.
"In recent years, the presence in Canada of individuals who may, as Nazis or Nazi collaborators, have committed war crimes in Europe 50 to 55 years ago has raised a number of issues, including: how many such individuals currently reside in Canada; how they came to be here; whether they should be the object of investigation and prosecution and, if so, what means might be used to bring them to justice. Since no authoritative study of these issues existed, the Deschênes Commission was appointed in 1985 to investigate and report on the subject."

It always seemed strange to me that the same people who are convinced that Stephen Harper is the Anti-Christ and plans to sell Canada to Halliburton and have Dick Cheny round everybody up as slave labour for his oil refineries are also the same ones opposed to people owning guns.
If you truly believe the government is going to sell you into slavery or do some other equally nefarious act, shouldn't you be AGAINST gun control?
You know, like, logically?

sad to say la shaidle but doctor dawg(must be a veterinarian doctor cause he has his nose and lips up so many horse's arses)...is a conscientous objector...
he's a theoretician pure and simple...
that was his role as a labour union rep...and of course writing his own early retirement plan....on the backs of the proles he was meant to defend...not as one would have thot simply to bleed..
i've also heard he's a draft dodger....one of them peaceniks from our cousin jonathon...back in the 60's...he refuses to fully openly address that charge....hmmmmmmm....makes one wonder does it not?
what IS this man hiding behind his bizarre manic arguments against truth justice and the light...?

I remember Baglow when he was a frequent contributor to the UseNet group can.politics.
Problem was, he got his ass handed to him just about every time he posted; it's no picnic being a hardcore NDP/union guy and having to try (and fail) to defend their anachronistic, outdated dogma day in and day out. I guess the humiliation of being slapped around so much (even by the newbies...that's how bad he was at it...;) just got to be too much for him...but now that he's discovered the blogosphere, he's laughing. On his own blog, he can simply delete anything that makes him look stupid or enlist some of his regular (and equally left-wing) readers to gang up on the offender and bully him/her until they leave. On the other blogs that he frequents, others do the same. It's the ideal situation for those too cowardly (or just not smart enough) to effectively engage in debate and defend their views.
If the Muslims are the new Jews, does that mean they want to drive themselves into the sea?

Posted by: Travis at September 10, 2009 8:10 AMulianov @1:43 - If the statement was sarcastic, then it was intended to mean its literal opposite; that is, Dawg would really have been saying: "actually, there are NO Nazis looking to you".
Which isn't really much of an insult, is it?
Plus, it's sort of the point Shaidle et. al. have been making: There pretty much are no Nazis, and anyway we're not on their side.
So, short as she may be, I don't think anything was going over her head. You on the other hand, Tovarich...
