Meanwhile India and Pakistan conduct a long drawn out battle over the Siachen glacier....making this AGW/CC thing seem sorta sensible....by comparison.....a loaf of bread costing 4 rupees in the plains costs 400 rupees to supply to the troops on the roof of the world...scrapping over a big chunk of ice. Fatalities number in the dozens while losses from environmental factors(temperature and altitude) are in the thousands.

Is anybody denying that climate is changing? Climate has been changing since the Earth formed fercrissake! the bone of contention is whether (I almost slipped 'weather' in there for effect;) )or not human activity influences it. It's just so infuriating. The phrase "global warming" lost steam when people realized the world wasn't get warmer, but cooling. Because the alarmism was gone they changed the narrative to "climate change" so as to be able to justify passing life-controlling legislation whether the earth cooled or warmed.

And now because people caught on to the shift in vernacular, they're suddenly two totally different things!

Funny thing about this carbon business......carbon falls like a gentle rain 24/7/365.....as carbon14---formed in the upper atmosphere by interaction of the atmosphere with the solar wind.
Carbon14 is absorbed by all living things and after death the adsorption ceases----checking the decay of this isotope is how carbon dating works.

Everyone who has confronted these climate cult moonies at forums knows that Climate change is any disasterous natural occurance and Global warming now only effects far away places where no one goes.

The beauty of the phrase 'climate change' is that it is all-encompassing.

Therefore any anomaly can be accredited to climate change. And if it's a period of dreary static weather, that can be climate change too.

So we need to buy carbon credits to stop that nasty climate change!
