Yon quoted an Iraqi official. Yon later qualified "no opinion about the veracity of [the official's] words" It doesn't mean it's not true.

You see Uli some reporters, (maybe one in 10 thousand) still do that - qualify things that they can't prove. It's not always like here in Canada where you can do wafer stories.

Comrade ulianov appears a mite confused about the difference between a milblogger and an embed. Also about the idea that being dropped as an embed with one nation's military does not mean being dropped as an embed with every nation's military.
