Just came back from the Toronto Wheels and Wings show at Downsview park. It was pretty cool. There was a CF-18, Corsair, P-51, DC-3 and some other stuff. Pluff, I got to fly a Harvard WWII trainer.

:)

Very, very cool! As is the background. And just how did you come to possess these pictures? They look very classified as well as cool? We have ways of making you talk.

On the other hand, this is the greatest way to fly.

The future steals up to you like a thief. This is the kind of stuff I imagined as a kid about the far, far, future. Breath taking pics of impressive machines.

I recall the F117 (now retired) suddenly (and decisively) appearing in Gulf I. Who sez the yanks can't keep a secret....

Those are "SWEET LOOKING BIRDS".

The Cub isn't too shabby, but this is the most fun to fly.

IMO of course, and it was a hard choice between it and the T-33.

It's worth the effort to do a bit more digging at the link Kate supplied as there are lots of neat pics of military planes and the Space Shuttle that catch the vehicles going transonic.

Outstanding. If only the photos had been taken over Iran rather than Guam...

Very nice pic's. Thanks for the link 'Kate'.

So who in the white house commissioned those photos?

That reminds me.

Isn't about time 4 Wing takes their airware out for some spring tune-ups?

Thunderbolt 1, 2, and F105 Thunderchief. Workhorses not racehorses. Now cars, that's a whole nother thing.
