Perhaps I should send him my copy.
In the spirit of "de-escalation", and all that.
Posted by Kate at February 27, 2009 2:33 PMWell, with the abysmal commitment of Stephen Harper to free speech issues, as he ignores the guidance of his own party convention, Iggy has to work overtime to position himself to the left of the CPC. The right wing hasn't been this empty since Ken Hodge went down with an ankle injury in 1971.
Posted by: Peter O'Donnell at February 27, 2009 2:51 PMThanks for the link Kate...
Posted by: Jay Currie at February 27, 2009 3:04 PMAn "excerpt" from my copy:
"Finally, as far as the LPC goes, if I asked for my advice - and I am all the time - I will say that CIC has utterly marginalized itself"
Posted by: Blazingcatfur at February 27, 2009 3:06 PMThe avenue to marginalization appears to be a two-way street.
Posted by: Jan at February 27, 2009 3:09 PMConsidering the nature of the articles this morning, it has occured to me that the end of Western Civilization began when the term Play Date was coined.
Posted by: Jeff Cosford at February 27, 2009 3:13 PMThis pinhead is still on Iggy's staff?
Iggy, dude I am SO never voting for you. With bells on, baby.
Posted by: The Phantom at February 27, 2009 4:01 PMIggy has no bloody clue what the Hell he's doing. He's flying by the ass of his pants in hopes he won't crash.
Harper has given them an ultimatum, get down to serious business or hit the stump.

Heh. Look what The Cat dragged in. This is one long ball of string to play with.

Posted by: Sgt Lejaune at February 27, 2009 4:36 PM"And when did he know it!"
Posted by: grok at February 27, 2009 4:43 PMWell there has been lots said about Iggy licking his lips. He reminds me of the wolf in little red riding hood. Watch out "warnout", you might be the next dinner.......
Posted by: MaryM at February 27, 2009 4:51 PMJeff Cosford - interesting thought. In days long ago, play dates weren't necessary. Nearly every house around had young kids in it (in my old neighbourhood), and we spent at least 10-12 hours per day outside in the summer. No playdates required, you just rang doorbells until you found someone ready to go out.
We now have fear and social isolationism, as well as unpopulated streets. What parent would be deemed responsible letting their kids roam around for hours on end without "supervision"?
No kids, fear and isolationism. Yep, downfall.
Posted by: Erik Larsen at February 27, 2009 4:53 PMhey Kate...would it have anything to do with that'secrity certifcate 'warning that I got from www.liberal.ca when I connected to your blog?
So, I'm guess ...Kinsella will try to stop you from accessing the Lib site?
Ha...he is sooo desperate....
Posted by: bluetech at February 27, 2009 5:02 PMWhen I was a nine yr old kid living in Richmond Hill in the late 50's, we used to ride our bikes into the outskirts of Toronto and back home without a thought or a care.
Mom would often say after breakfast 'be careful and be home for supper' other than that we were left to our own devices.
blue...and a nice little trojan as well?
Posted by: john w at February 27, 2009 5:15 PMI thought warren thought boasting about web stats was like masturbation...this guy is so rich.

You too?
Anyone else?
As the veil is slowly lifted, one gets the feeling that Catman may be experiencing a nervous breakdown or something.
Still hard to feel sorry for the SOB, given that he's trying to turn my country into a friggin' PC concentration camp...
Posted by: The Phantom at February 27, 2009 5:30 PMblue...sorry if OT kate, still cannot get to five feet since I got the shield.
Posted by: john w at February 27, 2009 5:36 PMEvery leader needs a pitbull to keep the opposition off guard.
The Count thought he was getting one in Katsella.
Instead he's gotten the yappiest runt of the political litter who keeps pissing in his lap.
HE placed himself above us; then turned on us for money over so called hate speech; he deserves everything he suffers, because it's of his own doing. Kinda wish Iggy would dig in and hold him closer, they make a lovey dynamic duo.
Mug shots for cat food commercials or some other profitable venue...
De-escalation? Kate's been removed from his list of Top 10 Jerks (#1 is now TBA).

Who the hell is TBA? Also, what in the world did the shin kicker ever do to deserve being #6!? What's the story on Earl The Pearl?
Posted by: phil at February 27, 2009 6:46 PMWK is bragging that his blog has had 1.5 million visitors. Considering that I have been responsible for a dozen or more of those visits, I wonder how many more have been drawn there like spectators to a train wreck.
Posted by: Bob N at February 27, 2009 6:47 PMI admit it Bob. One of those hits was me. One.
I came, I saw, I giggled.
Posted by: The Phantom at February 27, 2009 7:13 PM1.5 million?
In how many years?
Rough guesstimate here: half of those were 'linked' thru Kate , Kathy or Ezra.
wow...
Is that a guy thing to brag about, you know, 'the numbers'?
ldd: "Kinda wish Iggy would dig in and hold him closer, they make a lovey dynamic duo."
Shazam! It's STOPIGGY & Kat Meat; a double bill.
...-
"McNeil eager to celebrate 'rebirth' of N.S. Liberals at annual meeting"
"On Saturday, Liberal strategist Warren Kinsella will be the guest speaker in the afternoon and federal Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff will deliver a speech in the evening."

Warren was the Liberal spokesman on Tim Powers Live, a few minutes ago. Nothing to see hear, move along....

Him and Iggy should get one of those fairy marriages. Keeping them together will do us all a world of good. LOL
Don't worry all.
I had a chat with him.
He started to cry so I told him if he would remove the post, I'll let him have his dolly back. It is now gone.
STOPIGGY & Kat Meat; a double bill - is that a new menu item Maz2? Worn out gormely err..sorry that should be gourmet! Easy and cheap.
Posted by: Jema54 at February 27, 2009 9:31 PMLOL maz2, given the comments not all are brainwashed out there either.
Love the 'STOPIGGY & Kat Meat'!
Perrrfect.
I remember an interview with WK introduced as the number one blog in Canada. I fear for my country when the media can't get anyone important to talk to them. I don't know why they can't figure out WHY no-one important will talk to them. It is like the CBC's caravan of offbeat "experts".
Posted by: Speedy at February 27, 2009 9:54 PMAll I have to say to the Liberal Party executive is, Thank-you.
Posted by: doowleb at February 27, 2009 10:39 PMWarren Kinsella brags, apropos of nothing in particular, that his blog has had 1.5 million visitors. Well, here's a video that's had almost 2 million hits.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIKkUTn1Wuc
Does he need someone to spell out for him?
Posted by: EBD at February 27, 2009 11:10 PMThe likes of Lib hack Christy Clark have traditionally been enthralled with Katsmeat...."Canada's Premiere Blogger".
Meanwhile it looks like special K is at it again waving his manly blogging dick around but at least he had the good sense to acknowledge that his numbers don't compare to Kate.
This could be a breakthrough. Even the most retarded puppy might learn not to sh!t in his kibble bowl if his nose is rubbed in his own dung consistently and with conviction....Naw!...I dream.
As far as Iggy and the punkster hanging out....I think it's a Prof/Prankster thing. They both have what each other seemingly lacks.
Iggy, the staid professor who spent his entire career in a theoretical vacuum without any real sense of his convictions, seeking suave popularity on any continent that would offer.
Katsmeat, the non-practicing lawyer/aging punk rocker who, full of mischief and sardonic wit found his calling in the dirty tricks regime of JC Superstar.
One lacks street smarts and integrity the other lacks integrity and the acknowledgment he craves.
Sad in I'm happy about it sort of way.

Posted by: syncrodox at February 27, 2009 11:13 PMIgnazieff ... is bringing back all the old dog Liberals like Wajsman and Kinsella ... keeping them close to him to ensure that BobRae is scared off by these old political assassins ..!!!
Posted by: Observant at February 27, 2009 11:36 PMGee, for such a popular bloke, it's funny that the "comment" function on his blog is turned off. It must be a problem with his provider - he wouldn't turn it off himself, would he? Maybe we should all email him and let him know there is a communication problem!
Posted by: Bob N at February 28, 2009 1:19 AMI, too must admit I check "Lying Jackel's" site from time to time in order to see how silly life in the accident prone area can be.
While many blogs are serious like Ezra, Steyn,SDA, BCF, FFof F and Jay Currie - WK spends time on the ridiculous aka "Farts" etc.
As to his Facebook claims - that is hilarious and this article in today's UK Daily Mail says it all:
