if it had happened in Canada, I'd bet it would be Jane "giggles" Taber or Craig "I'm a real nutter" Oliver.

Just a guess.

Or if it wasn't really a "reporter" it would likely be the Kitten Egg Roll Eater himself . . Warnout Kantsellit Anymore. He's totally infatuated with "The One". Seems he was too young to lick Trudeau's ass so he's just hoping he'll get his chance with the Big O.

This sort of thing was a regular occurrence during the Reagan and Bush I and II presidencies...no?

Don't they normally taser the hell out of guys who do this? They don't get escorted off the premises, they get drug out by the heels and chucked in jail for a multi-day "debrief".

Maybe the Secret Service has collectively decided they ain't taking a bullet for The One?

OMG, he's doing a speech right now and it has to be the absolute Worst speech I've ever heard him give.

If B.W. Bush gave this bad a performance He'd be ridiculed for days by the MSM.

Sorry, that would be "G.W. Bush". I stink at typing.

Paul M - I think I heard him say that Nancy Pelosi was smart and reliable. Imagine how proud of her he will be when she gets the 500 million unemployed Americans new jobs!

Posted by: Brian M. at February 5, 2009 9:45 PM

Considering there is no where near 500 million employment aged American alive.

Again, if that had been G.W. Bush, the press would be in freak-out mode!

You silly people, of course 500 million Americans lost their jobs last month! How else do you think they're gonna polish up the real job losses and make it look like a victory?

And the Canadian media has him ordained..again.
Darcy has the pic from RedStar, but NP wants to join in adoration.

The Canadian media figured Obama would be the American version of Pierre Trudeau, so far he is more reminiscent of Joe Clark.

True that Paul M. I'd also point out, there's no need for your "employment-aged" qualifier. There's only about 300 million Americans ~IN TOTAL~ ... every man, woman and child.

All along, I thought that Obama was just an impressive crafter of an arugalan word salad, so to speak

You take all of his words, and boil them down, there's not too much in the way of ideas left over

I think that he learned a lot from Rev Wright's speaking style - a combination of Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra with a little bit of the Shopping Channel thrown in

Sigh, I hope we all can get through the next few years
