I was stating my concern for his well-being. I believe many people in his position would like to do as he is but self preservation takes priority. I experienced this during the superbowl yesterday as well. I was wondering what to get for takeout, since neither my wife or any of my girlfriends can cook, and referred to those restaurants of my youth and we always had Chinese food during the football game. Given his involvement in high profile cases, I believe he should not have been a tribunal member in this latest case due to a potential conflict of interest - perceived or real.

It is surprising that a member of the Sask. Human Rights Commission is free to continue in high profile law cases/suits at the same time he holds a position with the human rights commission.
