How can a place staffed almost entirely by minors be licensed for adult content?

I'm afraid I don't understand . . .

Kate, I agree with grok on this one. I just Googled "caters" and found nothing but catering.

When we where at parity with the American dollar or over. Chapters still sold books 2 dollars more than Americans paid. It was not all tax by any means. Even Canadian books are couple bucks cheaper in the US. More purchaser sheep shagging towards Canadian customers, by Canadian companies.
I expect most folks will e-book in the future.
This is what happens when you rip off people over time. You loose them as buyers. A lesson these Neo- Marxist business graduates fail to understand. Journalists & Academia as well.
Government is not a magic institution, it’s a needed but bad tax drag on a Country. Not a god of self perpetuating wonders or social transformer as totalitarians think.

Web dictionary has another meaning:
2. to provide or supply what amuses, is desired, or gives pleasure, comfort, etc.
