The Fort Dix Dance

The McCain ad you'll never see

Two thumbs up.

Since Fort Dix was a major training base, I assume the intention was to kill as many young conscripts as possible... for "collaboration" in failing to burn their draft cards.

Two thumbs up to Kathy for a great job there.

Cautionary note to all American voters, if Obama gets in, ALL the non-Democrat approved news/views you are going to get will be hosted on Canadian web sites. No more Rush Limbaugh, no more FOX News, no more Drudge or Little Green Footballs.

Thanks Kate and everyone else.

I owe it all to the guys at The Nose On Your Face website (who made a very funny pro-Ezra Levant vid too).

They took my script and ran with it.

This is a chilling "What If' article, on the carnage that would have resulted had the plot succeeded.

That clip is the biggest load of horseshit I've ever seen!

Typical right wing extremist fear mongering.

Kate, you should be ashamed of yourself for taking on socialist tactics and characteristics.

Posted by: Liberal Ron at October 20, 2008 12:08 PM

Hey Lib Ron

What is your dispute with the clip? Which part do you challenge as an "untruth"?

Posted by: Indiana Homez at October 20, 2008 12:21 PM

Ha!! Sounds like ya struck a nerve Kate and Kathy!

Posted by: AtlanticJim at October 20, 2008 12:26 PM

This little creep should still be prosecuted. Thanks Kathy, and Kate for putting this on the "front burner' BTW where is Obamas birth certificate??
cheers Bubba

And I still haven't seen it. Clicking on the links brings up Kathy's masthead, but so far no other sound or light.

Cal,

Go to the psychology section of your local bookstore and find the simplest book you can find. By the time you get to chapter 2 you’ll discover that guilt by association is only practiced by rightoid rightards when their ship is sinking.

Apologizing to Kate also shows how desperate you are to gain approval from your superiors.

Posted by: Liberal Ron at October 20, 2008 1:09 PM

Liberal Ron, since it was such a big "load of horse shit", maybe you can point out the factual errors, as that is the usual interpretation of "horse shit"

I think though that the working definition of "horse shit" on the left is "anything that reflects badly on my Barack Hussein Obama." Words mean things Ron, where are the fabrications?

Posted by: Tim in Vermont at October 20, 2008 1:11 PM

Hey liberal ron! Dont drink the Kool aid!

What I dont understand is why Ayres wasnt convicted? Did he have OJ's lawyer doing the glove defense too?

Posted by: Irene Swain at October 20, 2008 1:14 PM

LIEberal Ron is working on his PH.D:

PILING it HIGHER and DEEPER

Times in the USA have certainly changed.
Google the McCarthy era for a reminder.
Now we see a good portion of the population embracing, not castigating, radical socialist trends.
I'll bet Kruschev must be doing cartwheels around his headstone about now.

Hey liberal Ron, Obama is pals with an admitted terrorist. Would you be so passive if a Republican Presidential candidate was known to chum around with someone like, oh let's see....Timothy McVeigh? Didn't think so.

Posted by: Eskimo at October 20, 2008 1:40 PM

Defending the indefensible, lashing out at others, firmly stuck in denial mode, it's the Liberal state of affairs and all of their own making.

Liberal Ron is a prime example. I'd go with a pile of horse shit over the LPC mess today. At least it might be used as fertilizer and something productive would ensue.

Posted by: Liz J at October 20, 2008 1:49 PM

Any ordinary, moral person, having found out about their new acquaintances' thwarted terrorist plans of mass-murdering untold innocents and countrymen, would immediately and disgustedly reject that person out of hand and have nothing to do with him ever again.

But rather, the Prince of Darkness carries on a building, budding friendship and political companionship over a more than 20 year period.

Liberal Ron, by his own admission, is of the same evil, morally bankrupt character.

"Hey liberal Ron, Obama is pals with an admitted terrorist. Would you be so passive if a Republican Presidential candidate was known to chum around with someone like, oh let's see....Timothy McVeigh? Didn't think so."

How about POTUS George W. Bushes known chumming around with the Bin Laden family.

Posted by: Liberal Ron at October 20, 2008 1:55 PM

Pals with who Ron? OSAMA bin Laden? Once again, didn't think so. Prove it Ron. And not the Michael Moore talking points.

Ayers is a terrorist. He and Obama are buddies. Barrack Obama is friends with a terrorist. End of story.

Suddenly your 'gotcha' is (still) hanging limp.

Posted by: Eskimo at October 20, 2008 2:06 PM

I'm getting some guff from emailers saying: 'yeah, but the bombs didn't go off.'

However, the last time I checked, attempted mass murder was still a crime. Just sayin'

Kathy Shaidle :

Another winner of a post, quite creative as well. By the way found your book & Jonah Goldberg’s Liberal Fascism nicely compatible. One defines Liberal fascism & its creep while yours is the manual on how they slowly bring it about threw extra legal bodies to bypass civil liberties. Just wish the McCain’s team had the balls to tell the truth about this bum of a conjure. The press is hell bent on worshiping this guy as their leftist golden calf messiah. No wonder he thinks like the Roman emperors, that he has a divine destiny if not celestial himself. Waiting for the story on the omens of his birth.
Breaks my heart to see America also becoming a stage for anti-human Neo-Marxism. I wonder when the bulldozers are brought out. Plenty of football stadiums in the US.
This guy & his cronies will devour any freedoms Americans now enjoy. It will start like here with universal Medicare, than drift towards HRC's for protesters of his regime or "reactionaries". Finally the Patriot Act will be used on the populace for partisan politics like the KGB was in the Old Soviet Union.

I am hopeful though that the pollsters are getting PC answers from people not wanting to look like bigots. So they tell the press what they want to here. That’s why Obama has ACORN. To cover even the voting booths.
I might add at http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/ Pamela Geller has done a stellar job of digging threw this Mugabe wanna bee’s past, scams, associates, tactics, revealing his legion of lies.

A thought: If they don't do a back ground check to see if he's even an American citizen by Constitutional law , than more than 2 terms can become a reality as well? Will the Constitution even be kept or valid under a dude who to me, is just another Fidel Castro in a business suite. As was PET, & look how its turned out for us!

The Eastern Canadian media are already building the son of Trudeau into an icon with watery wishful bedroom eye's of worship. Personally I think they should make journalism schools illegal, seems to me there just nests of Neo-Marxist or loony liberal indoctrination.

Thank-you for posting this Kate and Kathy. What is USA thinking..or are they NOT thinking. I heard that the Big O gave a lot of dough to Fox news; else why are they (Fox) not airing this video. Glen Beck has been on to Big O for over a year...don't people watch Glen Beck?

Of course, Canadians did not know about Turdo's unsavory pals, either, until he had ruined our country. Some fools still think he was a Great (as in good) Prime Minister. Some people thought Lenin was good too, but not those with their eyes poked out, their feet broken, their toes missing, their family tortured to death...Canadians choose Turdo over a good man (Mr. Stanfield) because of (mostly) female emotionalism and cult personality worship...please be wiser America..save yourselves (and us..squeak!)

Is it getting views in the States?
There is enough info out there to get Obama off the ticket. Why no reaction down there?

Posted by: bluetech at October 20, 2008 5:52 PM

While it sure would be interesting to see liberal response if that was to air, there was one error in it. I'm happy to be corrected if I'm wrong, but my understanding was that Ayres said something like, "I wish I had done more" or "we didn't do enough", rather than "I wish I'd killed more people" as the vid implies. May seem like splitting hairs, but I don't think it is. It pisses me off to no end when the left misrepresents something - we shouldn't do the same.

Posted by: Axeman at October 20, 2008 6:40 PM

Here's direct quotes, Axeman..."Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon."

"I don't regret setting bombs. I feel we didn't do enough."

A proof is a proof?

Posted by: Eskimo at October 20, 2008 6:53 PM

An alcoholic? C'mon Ron, what's that about not bringing a knife to a gun fight?

If your alcoholic friend likes to drive home from the bar after a bender, than yes, you are a bigger idiot than I already take you for.

Posted by: Eskimo at October 20, 2008 7:01 PM

Oh Axeman, one more Ayers quote..."guity as hell, free as a bird".

Posted by: Eskimo at October 20, 2008 7:03 PM

make that 'guilty'.

Posted by: Eskimo at October 20, 2008 7:04 PM

"What if", my a$$.

If my aunty had balls, she would be my uncle.

But she doesn't.

The bomb didn't go off.

And I don't know why the US hasn't persecuted Ayers. Thats a failure on the part of the US government, not Obama.

Posted by: What if at October 20, 2008 7:39 PM

Axeman, nail bombs have only one purpose -- as anti-personnel weapons.

What if: if Obama was a decent person, he would have campaigned to have his neighbour prosecuted, not blurbed his book, shared an office with him and worked at the same foundation -- and is now LYING about all those facts.

Some of Eric Rudolph's bombs didn't go off either. So it would be ok for McCain to share an office with Rudolph, blurb his autobiography, etc then PRETEND HE DIDN'T?

I guessed you missed the "attempted murder is a crime, too" post earlier.

Please try harder.

Posted by: Kathy Shaidle at October 20, 2008 7:56 PM

I am surprised that Ayers/Barack aren't screaming racism. After all, don't beard-wearing,woman beating, rape victim murderers, get a break from the left? Why shouldn't these two a*&holes? Or is it because Ayers didn't use retarded kids to blow something up?

Posted by: Justthinkin at October 20, 2008 8:42 PM

Quite so. However, truth and common sense are out of fashion. Trendy is academia socialism. Completely dishonest.

The right has to reposess academia. These people are propagandizing our children.

Posted by: RW at October 20, 2008 9:42 PM

William Ayers - unrepentant terrorist and obama's career launcher

Rev. Wright - unabashed racist and America hater and the Obammesiah's pastor for 20 years

Father Pfleger - another whackjob America hater and obama supporter

Tony Rezko - convicted felon who helped the Big O with a sweetheart real estate deal

ACORN - fraudulent & indicted vote-rigging "community group" supported by obama

Do these associations make Obama the Merciful a terrorist, or felon?

No. But these relationships go to the case of his lack of character and judgement. Think if you can, liberal ron: if you walked into a restaurant and were seated beside a known terrorist, would you strike up a conversation with him, maybe establish a personal relationship? Or would you leave the place in disgust. Hopefully, you'd leave.

But not obama. His career is littered with associations with criminals, terrorists and racists that he either agreed with, or was able to restrain his disagreement with them as they were able to assist his career. Is this illegal? No. But it IS something in which you'd not expect aspirants to the highest office in the United States to descend in order to get the job. Presumably, POTUS can be expected not to squirm in the manure with society's lowest elements in order to attain office.

Get it now, L-Ron? Or is this just "fear mongering", "racism" or "attacking" the One, which is how the drive-by media and leftists characterize facts about Him when brought to light?

Posted by: a different Bob at October 21, 2008 12:01 AM

What a great ad!

Except for the fact that Ayers never said that he "wished he'd killed more people".

Which kinda dovetails into the fact that Ayers never killed any people in the first place.

Then there's the fact that Ayers sat on a board sponsored by Walter Annenberg, friend of the Reagans, which - following the logic of guilt by association as utilized in your ad - means that Ronald Reagan liked to 'pal around with terrorists' too.

Aside from all that, what a damning ad! Primo work as usual, Shaidle!

Posted by: real at October 21, 2008 1:32 AM

"I guessed you missed the "attempted murder is a crime, too" post earlier."

Probably. And I agree that attempted murder is a crime, but for some reason Ayers hasn't been prosecuted for it. McCain has had, what, close to four decades to go after Ayers. Why hasn't he? Why hasn't Reagan? Why hasn't Clinton? Why hasn't Bush?

The simple fact is that Ayers is a creep, but for some reason, the US government hasn't seen it fit to prosecute him. 4 decades later, its suddenly an issue again. Why didn't McCain make it an issue a decade ago? Or 3 decades ago? It just doesn't make sense. How is Obama responsible, but the rest of the establishment innocent?

Posted by: What if at October 21, 2008 6:44 AM

"The right has to reposess academia."

The right has its share of universities. Most of them are just arent very good. Liberty University and the type.

"But these relationships go to the case of his lack of character and judgement."

I always thought wacky conspiracy theories were lefty terrain, but this justification is new. Bush's dad sits on the same board as Osama's older brother (Carlyle). So did James Baker III. Bush himself used to be on that board. Yet all these issues of character and judgement, not to mention the ridiculous attacks on McCain ("the fag candidate"), were happilly brushed off by the former defenders of the Bush administraion both here on SDA and elsewhere. Some consistency. Please.

"if you walked into a restaurant and were seated beside a known terrorist"

I don't expect much from the government. I want even less from it. But on matters such as this, I expect the government to use my tax money to enforce the law and make sure a known terrorist is not sitting in the restaurant I go to. This argument is a red herring. If he's a terrorist, he belongs in jail, not in a restaurant. Thats the government's prerogative.

"POTUS can be expected not to squirm in the manure with society's lowest elements in order to attain office."

But when McCain chides angry uninformed voters that Obama is "a decent family man", the backlash is immediate. Yeah. I support McCain. I want him to win. But I do not like the way he has been appealing to the angry fringe of the right. I don't like dirty politics. It is incompatible with real conservatism. This populist, divisive, negative nonsense that Palin's engaging in is straight out of the lefty playbook.

Its a pity no one notices. TO defeat the bad guys, you have become like them.

Posted by: What if at October 21, 2008 7:09 AM

Hey Kathy, one of the bombs DID go off. It just went off at the right time and killed the little would-be murderers who were building it. From Ayer's perspective I suppose it was the wrong time, but for my part I think any home made nail bomb that kills its maker and hangers on is justice served.

That Ayers is still walking around free is one of the all time greatest failures of American justice. That Mr. Obama shared an office with the son of a b1tch and still ended up the Dem nominee, that's one of the all time greatest successes of MSM propaganda.
