“Never will an election have posed to Canadians so starking choice.”
Posted by Kate at October 8, 2008 12:49 AMstarking eh doode!
Posted by: Erik Larsen at October 8, 2008 1:15 AMwell we still have the choice between cando and whatdoyouwantmetodomaybewecouldconsiderityounverknowyoucouldbelucky I just thought I would put out the difference between the conservatives and whatever else there is...
Posted by: Iain at October 8, 2008 1:20 AMWhere does a party that is broke, not paying their debts from the last election, get all the money for their pathetic ads that are running? Just watched the crisis after crisis Peter the dork try to ambush Steven time after time, what an asshole Mansbridge is, couldn't even keep a fellow cbcer as his wife, disgusting. But getting back to the in debt liberals, who is financing them? This is very important to know. And finally people, if you depend on a poll for your direction, you've lost your direction and you are now officially a liberal, a rudderless useless drain on society.
Posted by: bartinsky at October 8, 2008 1:25 AM"starking choice"
Either means nekkid choice or starking crazy.
I'm leaning toward the "nekkid" because of the "posing" part.
If I make so bold as to quote "Johnny Dangerously" "we got no farking choice" its either the Conservatives or.."that Cork...zucking professor. my apologies to all who may be offended unless you are Liberanos of course.
Posted by: bubba Brown at October 8, 2008 1:41 AMStarking -- the favourite activity of those who are starkers.
Posted by: Peter O'Donnell at October 8, 2008 2:57 AMStrange as it may seem ... dion might be the perfect person to communicate with the Chinese. He talks like a Chinese/English manual reads.
Posted by: ural at October 8, 2008 3:25 AMThere's no doubt about it. Dion is rave starking mad!
Posted by: jlc at October 8, 2008 3:53 AMWhat's with the MacLean's poll that is on the same page as the link? Are there actually 46% of the electorate that think the Lieberals can best handle a financial crisis or is WK & Lucy urging their minions to vote?
Posted by: Texas Canuck at October 8, 2008 7:59 AMYes Texas - I quickly voted in that poll and had a bit of a jolt when I saw that 46% actually thought Dion was best to handle the economy. However, lots of time to "change that", don't you think.
Posted by: Alberta Girl at October 8, 2008 8:01 AMHe's getting worse, if that's even possible.
This is the dud the Media want to have as Prime Minister.
Can anyone with a brain beyond turnip imagine that representing us around the world?
Posted by: Liz J at October 8, 2008 8:44 AMa little off topic
Beverly Thompson of CanadaAM interviewed Adam taylor of the CTF this morning re: the PM's platform. Taylor pointed out this is a cautious program not a spending spree.
OK war room are you Watching these interviews? At the very end of the interview she(thompson) pointed out that they have had on the program All of the Leaders & Have Yet to Hear back from the Conservatives to canadaAam's request to have the PM appear.
Well you never know Liz, we may be heading back to Canada's starking mediocrity of past...Harper might of been just a starking accident in the country's relentless pursuit at being part of a starking European model. Iceland that his.
Liberal: for a Riching, greening, fairing Cunt tree
Posted by: Right Honorable Terry Tory at October 8, 2008 9:26 AMThe Goneril and Regan of Canada:
Stephane, "izzy money" from "da milk cow", Dion
Jack, B.S. baffles brains, Layton
Never have we had such a perfect idiot as a party leader. He would be funny if the Federal Liberal Party wasn't so dangerous for Canada.
Posted by: melwilde at October 8, 2008 9:45 AMI don't believe the polls at all. There is no way that Liberal voters are going to even bother voting. Seriously why show up?
Posted by: john at October 8, 2008 10:15 AMThe Liberals could do a lot to further their cause by not picking another goddamn frog to lead their party! Or hasn't it occurred to them that there is a whole other part of Canada that doesn't speak French? Or maybe the don't WANT Canadians to comprehend what they are all about and Poodle Dion's broken English helps to prevent them from finding out?
Posted by: Edward Teach at October 8, 2008 10:22 AMAnd finally people, if you depend on a poll for your direction, you've lost your direction and you are now officially a liberal, a rudderless useless drain on society.
Sad but true. Unfortunately there is a large segment of people in this country who can't to think for themselves and expect mommy-government to make it all better for them when they screw their pathetic lives up.

Don't we have a law against starking?
Posted by: Anne in swON at October 8, 2008 12:40 PMMaybe it's a contraction: Stark'ing...short for stark raving.
Posted by: Edward Teach at October 8, 2008 2:27 PMI know the Liberals have a star queen.
