Well, I liked it.

Talent? So did the gentleman with the funny mustache...

Talent means little. It's what you do with what you got. He can visit my woodpile anytime. I've a stick with his name on it.

I like the comic because it shows the "we love America because it's America because it's great because it's America soccermoms-hurray-for-Applebee's" farces for what they are.

It's fine and great if you're for America (or to a larger extent the founding principles for which it stands). But if you genuinely don't know WHY you're for America (and the founding principles for which it stands) other than you've been told to cheer for red white and blue, then you deserve criticism. And I've seen too damn many cheerleaders and not enough foot soldiers in the US that makes that cartoon have merit.

And (again) though I may disagree with the cartoonist politically, he brings a valid point;

America has become soft, spoiled and slothful, expecting to always be successful by the defacto fact we're "America."

And if people can't handle that little valid bit of criticism from the other side, then they're not in my boxing ring, let alone league.

Quit your whining and man up.

You lied. You said "daily funny". NOT!

The US has been counted out before, even when the land of Japanese catoonists was supposed to take over the world. It ain't happened yet, and it's not likely to either. If SDA is now publishing anti-American crap there's no sense logging on again, as I've been doing since the poor blog's early days. 'Bye, y'all!
