Being a patriot, sincere, a quick learner, having a moral compass and the ability to delegate well and listen to all points of view seems to me to be the criteria for fitness for the presidency. Failing all of the above puts Obama in the unfit category.

What's bothering me when the Dems start on Palin's lack of experience is that no one is throwing back in their faces that Clinton and Carter were both elected President as Governors with no better foreign policy experience than Palin. In my opinion because Alaska's revenues and unique environmental issues are tied to oil production and negotiating around that Palin has more savvy and executive skills than someone governing Arkansas or Georgia. The Republicans need to start pointing this out and end that issue.

My worry is that because Obama is now a cornered rat it's possible he dumps Biden with party approval and Hillary takes the VP spot. Biden's admission that Hillary is more qualified than him yesterday just doesn't make sense on it's own. The Dems switched candidates right before a state election a few years age to cries of foul play.

I came across this link at the end of a Just One Minute comment thread today. It is an old blog posting by a guy who worked with Barak at his first job. He claims that Obama's book totally exaggerates Obama's experience there. back to the subject, I'm not too sure how he ranked Biden so high with only 25 years of Senate experience and virtually no other leadership roles. If that was the case then old Teddy Kennedy would be a shoe in. He could even get Mary Jo Kopechne as VP. (tacky, I know)
While I'm sure the good Senator Biden has actually done some work in his senate career, I really cannot recall putting his face/name to any particular event, law or vote.
