Interesting historical note. Admiral Yamamoto is mentioned contemporaneously with kamikazes. Yet Yamamoto had actually been killed in a US fighter attack before the kamikaze attacks had materialized. I wonder if his death was ignored for artistic license or wether or not his death was still uncertain to the Americans -- unlikely it would seem in light of the breech of the Japanese Naval code by US cryptographerss
