Tony Blair's Britain

Where the foxes caper unmolested, the government packs your school lunch, and thou shalt not utter the "c" word;

Say whatever you like about Christ but mock a pedophile prophet - no names here, would not want to excite the excitable - and it will be your head. Not only that but the so called progressives will sneer and call you a racist even as your blood drains into the gutter.

And now, in what I will laughingly describe as "England", it is against the law to blaspheme aliens.

So, not so fast, Mr. Warren.

What do you expect from a country where fathers are not needed.

Let's not be too smug, Texas Canuck. Let's reflect upon how much both Canada and the US have degenerated into leftist nanny-statism over the last few decades. IMO, we're only a decade or two -at most- behind the UK in socio-political degeneration, IF UNCHECKED. The state of affairs in the EU ought to be to all of us an ominous warning sign.

Look at the persecution of Ezra Levant, Mark Steyn, Kate, et al over their use of their God-given rights of Freedoms of Speech and Press. Could anyone even imagine such Star Chamber/Thought Police persecution even ten years ago?

Not to single out Canada. Both Canada AND the US are deeply effected by the insidious, corrosive consequences of leftist-inspired Political Correctness. The degree of general public apathy in both countries about all this is most alarming.

I really do think the UK is screwed. Done in and sold out by their own leaders.

Apparently you can't criticize scientology either. Calling it a cult will get you in trouble with the British authorities:

Little green men in fascist saucers Kate?

Now we've got you on our radar frequency scanner looking into the Enrico "Fermi"ment.

Next we'll have Tom Cruise showing up in Von Stauffenberg costume flying an F-14 Tomcat.

While many have developed an appreciation for science, it may be a bit of a stretch to say we are happy to embrace the tenets of Scientology.

Apparently, the Brits are now going to create hybrid humans. So your next child may be 'fathered ' by a mouse.

Which really begs the question:

ARE WE MICE OR MEN? Shakespeare would be astounded.

MPs vote for human-animal hybrid embryos

Scientists will be allowed to create hybrid human-animal embryos after MPs overwhelmingly voted in favour of radical stem cell research.
Stem cells can be harvested from hybrid embryos and used to create brain, skin, heart and other tissue

Stem cells can be harvested from hybrid embryos and used to create brain, skin, heart and other tissue

During passionate exchanges in the House of Commons, critics of the controversial embryo research proposals warned that Britain was "crossing a Rubicon" and risked becoming a "rogue state".

I think we will have to rewrite Sherlock Holmes classics to reflect the new realities.

Hmm "rogue states" belong to the 'axis of evil' don't they?

And I think Shakespeare penned some stuff about Julius Caesar, as 'crossing the Rubicon' is a declaration of war on blaspheming alien life.

That was great fun Kate, now where is my tankard of ale, with 'bangers and mash'?

Cheers

Oh, but they are here! I have had a close encounter myself and was accompanied by an former OPP officer at the time ... trained in observation. Neither of us drink and no drugs involved.

We discussed it for years after and both concluded that we are being at least observed by something from off world.

To insist that they should talk to use and stop being so coy is silly. We don't understand those advanced people and their methods anymore than a house cat understands our intentions.

What's the big deal? ... It is what it is. We don't have to understand everything and it's arrogant to insist that we do. Sometimes we need to just live our lives and stop trying package it all up to everyone's approval.

Although, that is still no reason to disparage those who come from elsewhere in the Galaxy.

I guess bigotry based on whether a species originated from earth would be called "terraism".

"thou shalt not utter the "c" word;"
...?! Oh! THAT "c" word.

Posted by: DaninVan at May 21, 2008 1:39 PM

Isn't this the same thing as the Muslim calling the "female" pre-surgery sex change driving instructor a man? Its true, but you're not allowed to say it because its mean?

Tax cut! British government has too much money to waste on stupidity!

Recently, a man with the recognized condition (see the United Nations Health Organization 1977)of being an elephant trapped in a man's body, appealed the Ontario government's refusal to fund the medically necessary operation with OHIP funds. The Human Rights Commission valiantly stood up for his rights, and his ears and nose were augmented, along with many other changes. However, it was determined that there was a wrong diagnosis, and he petitioned to have the operation reversed. However the Human Rights Commission refused to consider this, since pachydermal rights are not under its jurisdiction.

And furthermore, the UFO people, if people we may call them, probably do not show themselves to us because they are very edible, and also look delicious.

I just hope where not a mirror to them.

Hmmmm……………What about “cult films” or “cult classics”? Can we say the ancient Egyptians worshiped the “cult of the dead” or will that cause modern Egyptians to imprison us for an ancestral insult?

The David Koresh Branch Devonian cu**……….religion? The BBC & CNN will be in big trouble after this:

Here is Cambridge On-line definition

cult (RELIGION)
noun [C]
1 a religious group, often living together, whose beliefs are considered extreme or strange by many people:
"Their son ran away from home and joined a religious cult".

2 a particular system of religious belief:
"the Hindu cult of Shiva"

Seems like the cult of the politically correct are pissing in the wind with this one - again. Can I say pissing?……………..
