I get more traffic in half an hour from a link at Small Dead Animals than I've gotten all week from The Maple Leaf. Just sayin'.Posted by Kate at May 2, 2008 9:05 PM
You would not believe how locked down most DND computers are. If a site has flash, java or activeX, you can forget trying to get there or if you do get there, forget seeing most of the content.
Calling the help desk? BAHHHAAAHHWAAAA!
Kate, please don't flash or java up SDA!!
I'm on dialup. If I flashed up SDA, I wouldn't be able to read it anymore myself.
Posted by: Kate at May 2, 2008 9:36 PMThe Torch would get more DND traffic counted, but Richard Warman checks out the site after hacking the locals' PCs so it doesn't show up.
Posted by: andycanuck at May 2, 2008 10:35 PMHey Kate! I'm not on dialup but websites with a ton of flash and java are hard on my head. I have a wireless connection that is quite good, but bogs a bit on those heavy sites. Whatever happened to the KISS (keep it simple, stupid)principle?
