Under Oath

MR. WARMAN: I’m sorry, I don’t know.

"What is truth?"

Brought to you by Pontius Pilate & co.

Truth my friends is whatever the LIEberal apologists want to make of it. This is the quintessential dogma of the moral relativists.

As the old saying goes:

Figures don't lie, but liars sure do figure.

Cheers

I truly hope that this can be used as evidence in the suit he has brought against you all.

It's like a digital pie in the face of the presumptuous holier-than-thou.

Under oath? Oath to whom? The God that doesn't exist? Why would there be a problem with that?

Posted by: Sober2ndThought at April 21, 2008 9:00 PM

Just how does one contact Mr. Hadjis by e-mail?

Posted by: Blazingcatfur at April 21, 2008 9:01 PM

is not his whole suit against the bloggers based on "that under oath he stated he did not make the posts as Lucy" , sure could put "under oath is a whole new context when used by trikky dikky warman!!!!

Posted by: GYM at April 21, 2008 9:09 PM

There has been some speculation that the reason Lucy, I mean Richard, Warman chose the damage figure of $50,000 in this suit against the Canuck 5, was to avoid "discovery" - the process where the defendants have the right to examine the Plaintiff (and vice versa) under oath to test the case. But here, where the whole basis of the alleged defamation is dependant upon whether Lucy, I mean Richard, was one and the same as "90sAREover", is there a method to get Lucy, I mean Richard, to testify about how the two entities got to have the same computer access identity? For any litigation specialists out there, besides Lucy, I mean Richard, are there any alternatives? Would a counter-suit at $51,000 do the trick?

The pro-Sharia Law Whahhabi org in he USA and Canada called 'CAIR' had theirown Mr.Hooper on CNN and he pulled out a copy of a Comment left on an American Blog , Hooper and CAIR spread misleading information to fool the public with bogus "Islamphobia" rants similar to what Dr.Sheema Khan did to Justice O'Connor at the Arar inquiry .
But the Blog host in the USA caught this hateful tirade and deleted it in less than 1 hour , this begs the question for why CAIR spends their day reading Blogs by filthy infidels and just happened to have printed out a comment befor it was pulled .
CAIR in canada is using the HRC for Financial-Jihad and Psychological Terrorism to silence people about the true Muhammed and Islam that has little to do with a loving God , in the USA there are Trolls that appear to be leaving hatefull opines on Infidel Blogs and then cry Racism and Islamophobia as if Muslims are a Race or non-Whites.
But keep on mind that Muhammad opposed Slavery when Whites own humans , and that's why the Quran states the rule for slavery and war because Muhammad knew the future was not built on Peace for all people or Universal Human Rights .
Maybe Muslims are a Race of followers that only oppose violence to Muslims because all others are godless pigs that should die as the enemies of Allah.
BTW, on saturday i was at a McDonald's when a Food Inspector wanted a sandwich off the rack to take to a lab for germs in the food , I guess this yahoo missed the BCHRC settlement where a worker has the RIGHT to not wash their hands while the Public has the RIGHT to be served clean food .
Typical Liberal make-work projects where the Public gets the bill for all the lawyers feeding off hurt feelings .

Is this not an open and shut case of perjury? Wouldn't a complaint compel the RCMP to investigate?

Posted by: Grithater at April 21, 2008 9:20 PM

The man is a liar, no two ways about it.

Posted by: Trent at April 21, 2008 9:22 PM

Dont mean to be the realist....but there would seem to be numerous explainations to I Dont know. I dont know can mean I dont remember...now it doesnt look good and will cut to credibility in the hands of skilled lawyer.

So dont get your hopes up over an easy perjury charge.

These cases and defences are built brick by brick. Making this stick would help counter the lawyer in good standing, winner of human rights awards etc etc resume that is put forward to bolster the case of who should be believed.

You can already see the outlines. The plaintiff is a good guy, fights for the little guy, lawyer, winner etc etc and he is against people who consort with Nazi's, defend them make fun of the Holocost, supported Ernst Zundel yada yada yada.

Ezra publishing the above helps counter the argument and helps tear at the reputation....in other words, if party a says party b is economical with the truth and b sues saying his reputation is damaged, the more a can get true stories out there that b is a liar means even if he loses the damages are minimized becasue b is known as a liar, just not in this case.

There will be much manouvering. I would think that one owuld want to counter this argument to prevent it from becoming part of your record of reputation.

Lots of miles to go on this one. The problem I sense is that the evidence in the underlying charge may have been refuted....the infamous common IP address.....has anyone seen a rebut to the last info of a week or so ago?

Posted by: Stephen at April 21, 2008 9:34 PM

The problem is when truth is expendible there's always "miles to go on this one."

Life's too short. Would SOMEONE please give us a break?

Posted by: batb at April 21, 2008 10:10 PM

Lets just hope that if this is true of the likes of Warman and their ilk they are facing real penalties.

He deserves jail time if convicted for abusing a government institution, harassing peoples' free speech protected under the constitution and should pay compensation to the individuals he has harassed and damaged. The HRC should also be held liable for damages for letting this happen - 50% of their cases from Warman - talk about a make work project. Who benefited and where did the money assessed as fines go?

Posted by: LEDA at April 21, 2008 10:15 PM

Under Oath to nothing WM believes -- Ha!

Pontius Pilate & co 1, bearer of truth 0. I kinda thought that would be the forte of this story! Cheers...

Posted by: Orlin at April 21, 2008 10:19 PM

"Lots of miles to go on this one. .....ect ...ect. blah ... blah ... blah"

Sigh - of course. Lawyers in this country can do no wrong.

Don't expect the assholes of the legal community to turn on one of their own. Most of them are quietly cheering him on (even while they tut-tut - and do nothing more on the blogs).

Notice that no bar association has made any comment about this (or ANY part of the HRC affair?).

HRCs allow these power hungry dickheads to shove their noses even farther into other people's lives. Wouldn't want to give up that authority now would we?

Posted by: john at April 21, 2008 10:21 PM

I've just left this post over at Ezra Levant's blog:

"Anonymous says, 'The CBC likes to be silent on this. I’m sure a few phone calls behind the scenes have been made to keep all this quiet. But they can still be shamed into covering this by [the] CBC Ombudsman complaints and Ezra and Mark Steyn and others lobbying hard.'

"Would that it were that simple. The CBC Ombudsman is a CBC EMPLOYEE: he labours on behalf of his employer, not the dissatisfied customer. The CBC is like the HRC: almost no one ever wins a case, no matter how compelling the EVIDENCE. The ridiculous excuses the CBC gives in its bogus adjudications—all behind closed doors, no appeal—would make an honest eight year old blush.

"Shame? Like the HRCs, the CBC has no shame! All it cares about is imposing its narrow, socialist, power hungry agenda on the rest of us, by any means necessary—with our bucks. It’s pretty well a lost cause. I believe Anonymous is naïve to think some lobbying, even by well known Canadians, whom the CBC doesn’t care for, is going to change their unethical and bullying behaviour.

"Also, unfortunately, our courts aren’t a whole lot better than the HRCs re rights cases. Most judges have been appointed by the Liberals: many of them are ideologues who rule according to their political opinions, not on the basis of law.

"What’s happening—actually, what HAS happened over decades, while most Canadians slept (ErnstG, I understand what you’re saying)—is truly appalling. Via the Charter, we’ve become an oligarchy—the nine unelected judges of the Supreme Court, many of them left-wing, utopian activists, end-run and overrule Parliament regularly. It now seems to me that we’re approaching totalitarianism: the MSM are in cahoots with all the socialist parties, especially the Liberals, and are refusing to report the truth of what’s happening in this country. The 'bad guys' are all conspiring together to control the flow of information and regain political power by intimidation and lies. Canada’s in very serious trouble."

It's not lying if it rids society of intergalactic lizards.

I would suggest that a legal expert, and we know of at least one with an interest in seeing bad lawyers weeded out, will and in fact IS gathering facts, to be presented to the Ontario Bar.

When it blows up in Warpmans face, there will be more than a few chuckles.....

Posted by: eastern paul at April 21, 2008 10:38 PM

new series coming out "CHRC criminal intent". starring Lucy Warman as the defendant, the lawyer, the judge and the procecutor.

Posted by: cal2 at April 21, 2008 10:46 PM

Heavy stuff. I will be hugely surprised if this law suit business ever sees the light of day in a "real" courtroom.

"we know of at least one with an interest in seeing bad lawyers weeded out, will and in fact IS gathering facts, to be presented to the Ontario Bar."

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA OMG!!! After you produce this nameless one could you please also produce: A)A Unicorn; B) Sasquatch; C) The Loch Ness Monster and D) Some Roswell Aliens?

Sorry to be so sarcastic but as I posted above there is **ZERO** chance that ANYONE in the legal community who is not already involved inthis is going to do anything to limit the abuses of the HRCs.

Posted by: john at April 21, 2008 11:00 PM

I informed the PM's office about my redirection of CPC funds to the various legal defense funds against Mr. Warman. A very quick response (could it be the dollars? - weren't that much) told me that Robert Nicholson - Min of Justice and Attorney General had be notified.

Soooooooooo, I sent another note a couple of minutes ago with Ezra's link to Mr. Nicholson to reinforce my initial complaint. Copied in the PMO as well.

Let's hope Mr. Warman is carefully scrutinized.

John - time for your meds.

Posted by: a different Bob at April 21, 2008 11:58 PM

So according to the law society of Upper Canada is saying "you don't know" when you bloody well do a bad thing?

If dear Richards memory is that bad should he have to retake the bar?

Heavy stuff. I will be hugely surprised if this law suit business ever sees the light of day in a "real" courtroom.

I've been waiting over 2 months via Warren and nothing, Warman is scared of real courts or he's dumber than I thought.

At least tricky dicky works on the image of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Posted by: dinosaur at April 21, 2008 11:59 PM

I can't say I'm impressed with the silence by lawyers regarding this whole affair.

Lawyers are a group that likes to present themselves as noble defenders of the rights of Canadians. Ironically they sure don't seem to be too concerned about the signifigant disregard for due process that the HRCs are becoming known for.

I had a look at the jpg of the login screenshot linked from Ezra. This is not a login by "jadewarr". It is a "view profile" screen shot of a users profile by the name of "jadewarr" Notice on the right side of the screen, ,opposite the highlighting of "jadewarr' that it says "Welcome, Marc Lemire". This indicates the user was not "jadewarr" but Marc Lemire, who was logged into the site, and that he was viewing the profile of "jadewarr".

The HRC's are the enforcers of the Trudeau Charter. Any jackass can squeal offense at the slightest sideways glance or perceived insult and be heard for free. The persons those jackasses decide to cite as offending them will pay big bucks to defend themselves so the legals make big bucks.

It's a disgrace in a country that calls itself a Democracy and operates under the rule of law.
We should be DEMANDING the governments at all levels put an end to these Commie Commissions.
If we cannot allow Freedom of speech we are not free.

Gee Skold: I look at that as hateful towards an individual.

Anyway I figure Pol pot, Hitler , Stalin, Saddam, all comforted themselves with your little immoral rationalization.

Oh I forgot your good. I never thought anyone looked at themselves as monsters. The leader of the Rawanda massacure I am sure didn't.

As long as its for our good eh(wink) it okay. Of couirse whats good for ourselves is good for all? Right?
