What odds are there the the CHRC will make another desperate attempt to slither out of accountability by not having its staff, Steacy Rizk and Warman even appear on March 25th?
What if they all come down with some virus? Or emotional distress? Or?
Posted by: ET at March 21, 2008 11:12 AMTrapped rats.
They must be pondering how to make all of this go away.
It won't.
Posted by: shaken at March 21, 2008 11:25 AM This trio is but a step away of creating their own Nazi type hate group so that they can lure a whole new generation of “racists hate mongers” to their private fetish dungeon at the HRC head quarters. Possibly their membership at “storm front” is but a trail run?
These twisted minds spend Canadian tax dollars goading innocent blog posters into writing things they would never otherwise write then pleasure themselves in their star chamber as their victims squirm without defense and potentially loose everything.
We need a whole new definition of crime and punishment in the criminal code to handle the mentally ill vomit that perpetrates these types of criminal activities.
And by the way, I didn't make any of that up.
Gee Kate, why didn't immediately post it like Warren K. would have? Richard Warman in Nazi drag, that -couldn't- be a Photoshop job!
Posted by: The Phantom at March 21, 2008 11:46 AMAnyone know where in Ottawa the hearing will take place on Tuesday? I'd like to be there.

Members of stormfront. It seems they have some explaining to do.
Warman: Ah, yes, I had to become a member in order to post, but that doesn't mean I'm er, a Nazi...I, I was trying to entrap...I mean, I was...I was....er...
The rats are being ferreted out of their hole. Hopefully, they'll be chased down and legally face what they have coming to them.
Posted by: irwin daisy at March 21, 2008 12:44 PMOttawa bloggers...we look forward to your 'reports'.

Posted by: ron in kelowna at March 21, 2008 12:52 PMIt is great watching this unfold.
Democarcy...from the bottom up.
If PMSH and the CPC had 'cut' the HRC from the top can you imagine the feigned outrage from the media and the left?
Speaking of media...when will they pick this up?
It is hard to believe we have star chambers in Canada, that could be used against any citizen that Lucy Warman, or another hrc employee, had a dislike for. Just the fact that Lucy was making money off it all this time, and not a peep from the msm, makes my skin crawl. Surely that has to be a red flag to someone out there in a position of power.
It just goes to show you our government, and our msm, are not really for the people. That is just an urban myth they would like us to believe.
Posted by: Honey Pot at March 21, 2008 2:14 PMWhere is the picture? All I get is sent to Steyns' blog and then to Free Dominion and cannot find the picture you talk about. Maybe its me and I am missing something. Please help.
Posted by: eliza at March 21, 2008 3:17 PMAnd even at Easter - a time for redemption - Warren threatens others with lawsuits.
It was no coincidence that their friend at Ottawa U posted a brief introduction several weeks ago to a seminar with some explanation about what constitutes LIBEL on the internet.
2 more LIBEL suits follow - or is it 3? Any names pop up?
This is getting interesting as we are all about to see a home-made "cottage industry" shut down as more and more people collect and contribute pieces to the conspiracy.
Dr. Keith Martin would do well to demand a full-blown RCMP investigation into the links and connctions "follow the $Money$ trail".
So far it has only been the Canadian taxpayer funding the 4 Headless Horseman wanabees!
Posted by: The LS from SK at March 21, 2008 3:42 PMThere should be a full blown Rcmp investigation. There might be after March 25th.
Posted by: Honey Pot at March 21, 2008 4:50 PMInvestigation? Why?
Do what they do, find them guilty and take all their money. Hey, sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
Or is that only for personal enemies of CHRC staff? I get confused, sometimes. So many special cases...
Posted by: The Phantom at March 21, 2008 5:12 PMSome have commented here and elsewhere that Stephen Harper was too quiet on the HRC's conduct.
Perhaps he was just giving them enough rope to hang themselves...
Posted by: Gord Tulk at March 21, 2008 5:14 PMPhantom asked = "Investigation why?"
Because there may have been flagrant criminal code violations in the name of zealotry. The CHRC and the CHRT may have known about it all and covered it up.
Abuse of process, subverting the course of justice, perjury and using ones office for material gain all come to mind.
Despite what has come out so far - no one really knows the content of the other posts by Warman, Steacy, Chase nor Martinez - and suspect it will only be revealed as each tooth from the headless horsemen is surgically removed.
It is surprising though is it not that similar allegations of evil/wrong doing have led to major inquiries of organizations such as the Correctional Service of Canada, DND, the RCMP and others but no one dares mention the word "INVESTIGATION" so far.
Are the police asleep at the wheel of a runaway train or are they also somehow connected again to dirty tricks by proxy?
Just a thought!
Posted by: The LS from SK at March 21, 2008 5:26 PMEvidence is irrelevant! Its the ssssserioussssnessss of the charge that matters. You will be assimilated!
Wait, that's the Borg-o-crats. Dang.
Anyway LS, if the news from Stockwell Day this week is any indication, getting the RCMP to investigate this is like hiring the foxes to guard the hen house. Another Chretien Regime gift to the people of Canada, perhaps?
Just think of it as the Liberal Midas Touch, except they turn everything to slime, not gold.

I think that's exactly what he did. If you've never had the Witch's Winged Monkey Squadron after you, you might think that speaking up in defence of yourself is the thing to do.
The problem is, when you're dealing with a bunch of lying sleaze bags, is that they'll lie about what you say, spin it, stretch it, turn it inside-out and upside-down--and, further, if they've got the media on their side, soon the whole country thinks you said/did something you never said/did.
It takes a lot of discipline to keep your powder dry and suck it up--but, in the long run, it's the most effective way to deal with a dirty enemy, that and to go straight ahead when you reach a fork in the road: something PMSH is really good at!
batb: Good analysis. It's one thing to prevent the formation of star chambers. But when in place, the optics of a conservative party shutting them down would be impossible.
Some people argued that because so many leftist sources were on side against the HRC, it would have been safe for PMSH to act. Not really. Those putative allies would turn on a dime and spin it in the usually vicious ways, i.e., Conservatives enabling hate speech. After all, Harper's "hidden agenda" involves, inter alia, hanging gays from cranes, like in Iran.
"And by the way, I didn't make any of that up."
I'm sure that it is prudent to be a "little" bit more careful in view of all the threats (empty?) flying around. Additionally, I'm sure that Kate is less impetuous and less blinded by hatred than WK.
Horny Toad
Posted by: Horny Toad at March 21, 2008 7:45 PMYeah, why aren't the RCMP investigating the hrc's? I am thinking with all the crap going on within their own ranks, they would be scared to open that sacred liberal pandora's box.
Posted by: Honey Pot at March 21, 2008 7:53 PMHorny Toad, I disagree with your assertion regarding WK. I do not believe him to be blinded by hatred. Impaired by ego, arrogance, and ambition, perhaps, but not hatred.

“Impaired by ego, arrogance, and ambition, perhaps, but not hatred.”
You forgot to add western zealot bent on imposing his ideals of morality and sensibilities through coercion. A Jehovah witness determined to enter your house, refusing to take no for an answer, attempting to manipulate the laws of the land to impose his perceived laws of god, nation and civility.
What is their excuse going to be to get out of it or delay this time? They tried the 'serenity' excuse once.
I'm putting 50 bucks on 'the dog ate my homework' excuse.
Is Vegas covering it? What's the 'line'?
"Where is the picture"
I'm not publishing the picture, though I still have it.
Posted by: Kate at March 21, 2008 10:18 PMI am putting my money on the commission appealing the tribunal's ruling to a higher authority. They could probably apply to stay the proceedings until the appeal was heard. Anything to delay the inevitable embarrassment.
Posted by: Gus at March 21, 2008 10:49 PMSo far this is turning into the brightest star to go Nova in the liberal Universe.
This orginization has been under the radar long enough that its pecolated into a foul stream of human abuse it was designed to eradicate.
I do think Harper left this arrogant group to pillar themselves. Contempt of this magnitude always brings folly, with abuse coupled with self worship as the catalyst spiraling into the pride sphere of self delusion.
We may have a real chance at Democracy if this group of tyrants is done in by there own mouths.
I find a sweet irony at that.
Now for another attack on Democratic institutions. What are these provincial cards like the B.C. one or the Alberta card?
Are we now subject to internal passports? A policy designed to force ID checks for all we buy?Is it another SIN card debacle?
Next we will have cops checking our papers.
Sound familiar?
