The light cast by MJ Totten shows beyond a shadow how critical the American presence is to the Iraqi people. The humanity commonly expressed by American servicemen, which many media/hollywood types vehemently deny is something found in U.S. soldiers, is what ultimately gives victory (and even an almost forgotten child-brother to some al-Qaeda terrorist) hope.

The Americans are, in essence, exporting the seeds of individual freedom...the stuff our dreams are made of. My own hope is that the blood soaked ground in Iraq is fertile enough for the seeds to take.

God bless America for her courage.
