'Couldn't help thinking that this is an Aussie/American dialogue (Blair and Snow). 'Can't think of any Canadian press secretary, or whatever they're called here in the frigid North, offering prayers, in public at any rate, for someone having cancer surgery.
We're frigid in more ways than one.
