CSI: My Tabby

Police say cause of death awaits autopsy results, but stupidity has not been ruled out.

Shouldn't this article be listed under the "NOT WAITING FOR THE ASTEROID" section. Something to do with a DARWIN Award, I think.

"Mike said... Something to do with a DARWIN Award, I think."

or the national enquirer... "man survives for 32 years with
just a rudimentary brainstem"
.

Well, he sure met the requirements for a Darwin Award. Let me guess, he was probably fueled on crack or alcohol. And, for any muddled lefty St. Johns County, FL commissioner, doubt there is one but let's pretend, he won't have died in vain if he/she can ban cat doors.

Girlfriend was lucky, if she had owned a dog his hand would have made it to the knob. Meow.

Anyone else watch the attached video? Who else laughed when the deceased's friend started talking... the only thing missing was the backdrop of the trailer park with a rusted camaro on the lawn... oh, and the banjo music.

Might have seen this episode on "CSI Mew Dork" too...

Smile, when ya say that, podner- it's my neck of the woods...

That said, the missing teeth, tattoos, and trailers were kind of depressing-- we're not all like that, you know.

-FR had some pretty good comments and graphics--

And there's a link to a different take by Fox News as well.

By the description -- arm reaching up for the doorknob, squeezed beside his head -- it pretty much sounds like he died of a self-inflicted triangle-choke. With no referee there to tell the cat-door to release.

Hey, I just heard the best-ever all-purpose coroner's description of cause of death:

"Torso failure."

Well, it is Florida after all. This just in today courtesy of Jalopnik:

"Man Trying To Escape Police Killed By Gator"

"A man who allegedly was fleeing police was attacked and killed by an alligator in a pond, Local 10 reported"

"Some gators have a nasty disposition and he was a nasty gator. He seemed to have no fear of people which indicates that he was fed," said Wood."
