I think Stephane Dion should open up the seacocks on the "hot air"craft carrier HMCS "Kyoto" ballast tanks and send her straight to the bottom with the battleship HMCS "Dithers".

HMCS "Kyoto" can then become a submariners dive location to 'swim with the fishes' and start measuring CO2 levels near the bottom of the briny deep.

I believe Dion will enjoy the undersea view. It is also so much easier to fish when you can actually see what is swimming on the bottom.

Once Stephane Dion is sufficiently changed his CO2 gas ratio he can come up for air. Remember HOPE FLOATS but this HMCS "Kyoto" carrier is for the birds.

Here's my theory: Dion is the sacrificial "placeholder" while the Liberal Politburo reorganizes and rebuilds it's war chest. Then when they're ready to make their electoral move, their new Prince of Darkness will be put forward.

Dion is either too dumb or too lacking in common sense to realize it(a common failing among the lefties of Academe) OR, he does know and has been promised a safe seat and a nice, juicy Cabinet Ministership or a Senate seat as his reward when the Natural Governing Party regains it's rightful place in the sun.

The logical principle called Occam's Razor tells us to choose the simplest explanation from an array of possible explanations. With the Liberal Party, the revised Occam's Razer principle is to go for the sleaziest explanation. "Hold the Fort now and we'll take care of you later with a safe seat and nice Cabinet seat" seems to foot that bill, or at least has the "business comme d'habitude" Liberal aroma about it.
