That is not to say that a boss can't be an asshole.
Of course running a business with many variables thrown at you, can distract from normal behaviour.
Given that this is Saskatchewan we're talking about, I'd say the wanker is two bushels short of a truck load.

Perhaps the Union boss is trolling for these types??
