The Funniest Thing

About this? I'm probably the only one depicted who actually owns leather for practical reasons.

Wearing a bikers jacket in a punk band is important, as well. You can get hit with a loaded beer bottle and keep playing 'Blitzkrieg Bop.'

Unless you are hit in the noggin, in which case you use your Fender to carve someone a new air hole.

Looks like three gay guys and a mouse.

You know, Warren, until I sold it a few years ago, I owned a Strat.

I think I can still play "Submission".

I hope you're not wasting a Fender precision on that crap...

Leather? Practical? If it's so great at protecting things, it would still be on the cow.

I've had my share of road rash - spilling off a bicycle, getting dragged by cars. I want inserts.

Actually, I want a REAL bike, but the orthodontist also wants to get paid...

You have to love WK. He keeps coming out and asking for a slap outside the head.

Kate

...it was a second hand guitar...it was a stratocaster with a whammy bar....and a cheesy little amp with a sign out front said fender champ....

As you were....except for the part where they include you with the "big guns".

You've made an impression Kate.

Sucks to be them.

Bill D. Cat

Kinsella allowing comments. That'll happen a year after Cherniak becomes Prime Minister.

The end is near.

Syncro ,
Can't believe you didn't beat me to the punch on his Easter Greeting ...

Cherniak as PM......shiver......

they would have to lower all of the countertops in 24 Sussex and put a phone book in his seat in the HoC

Bill D.Cat

The pandering inneptitude and political correctness of his "greeting" is below contempt.

Sad.

True enough , re-visit the comments though ... good for a laugh .

Completely off topic, but the Lethbridge Herald had a great cartoon today. The Easter Bunny walking away, and two kids holding their treat. One says, Easter eggplant. Eggplants decorated. Title-How to fight obesity.

Kinsella in leather can only mean one thing: Libreal sado-masochism is chic again in GTA bars.

Kate, there's something wrong with that second picture. Your front wheel is on the ground. ~:D

...like moo eh?

Posted by: tomax7 at April 6, 2007 10:47 PM

Who put together the poster ?? Did they not have a photo of Kate ?? Too bad,.. would have made the Quad-some infinitly more hand-some :)

Anyhow, the four blogs have made news-reporting infinitly better than when the media had a monopoly. I guess that is why the MSM had to dumb-it-down to a Tabloid.

Watch out guys, ... hanging around with OneToughCustomer *%#$

WK is so snaughty-like with comments on his so-called blog. Likes the rendition of Kate, blah.

Speaking of renditions, could someone redo the Poster ??? With, say, WK's pants on fire -- lier like, long nose, nerd glasses,

How about using the shot of Kate, sun glasses up top, holding the 12 gauge, in cutoffs !!?? No one would even notice the other geeks.

“I'm probably the only one depicted who actually owns leather for practical reasons.”

I’m not so sure about that Kate.
Recently, Bill Richardson CBC radio Vancouver, did a lunch time interview with a dominatrix about the proper use of clothespins. Those three hombres are known associates of the CBC. Who knows, CBC could have a new TV series the works.

Posted by: Cal at April 7, 2007 1:38 AM

Clothes pins eh? Howz about vicegrips?

Fender? Funny, thought it was second fiddle. Lederhosen for Blitzkrieg Bop maybe.

Posted by: Bernie at April 7, 2007 4:23 AM

Yes but will leather protect you from violent terrorist Natives occupying Caledonia and terrorizing Canadians through acts of terrorism?

Does Warren Kinsella support Native terrorism? We know he admires mass murder V.I. Lenin and Islamofascist Malcom X, but has he issued a statement regarding what appears to be his nonopposition of Native terrorism?

"*****Your front wheel is on the ground. ~:D****

Gotta let it down once in a while - even on the prairie they put the odd bend in the road, and pushing when only the rear wheel is in contact with reality doesn't amend the laws of physics much... :)

"Wearing a bikers jacket in a punk band is important, as well. You can get hit with a loaded beer bottle and keep playing 'Blitzkrieg Bop.'"

Well, that or you could just stop playing LPC functions and aim for a tamer crowd. ;-)
