Musings from a Canadian liberal woman on the state of Canadian and US politics.
Okay, this time Cherniak has really pissed me off...
I'm sick this weekend...sick, sick, sick...with a bad cold, headaches, endless waves of nausea, and about 4 hours sleep a nite which I have to make up for with fitful naps during the day. When I'm sick, I'm cranky. When I'm cranky, I anger easily. I don't like being angry.
Now, knowing that background to this rant, you'll understand why this is one of those rare times that I'm posting based on my emotions and I have one thing to say: this time, Jason Cherniak, you've gone too far. ...-

Boys will be boys, the little fella needs a bit more supervision.
Isn't it sad to be rejected for making a little mating call to the NDP after Pat Martin mused about
getting a coalition going with the Libs?
Well, let them sink together, misery loves company.

Posted by: The Phantom at March 19, 2007 8:58 AMMay's comments reflect those of some many on the left who wail that Harper would turn Canada into a wasteland if he ever got a majority.
... problem is that the f$#%**&%$ Liberals have been effectively doing exactly that for years under the guise of liberalism.

Posted by: spurwing plover at March 19, 2007 9:54 AMThis makes me reminisce about all the time that was wasted trying to decide who should be allowed into our tree fort instead of ever actually building the damn thing. Children often do that.

Ah, the peaceful Lefties, ya right!
It's the Loopy Left who resort to making mayhem in our streets for their sundry causes of the hour/day/month etc.
Haul the lot of them off to answer for their destructive nonsense in the courts. They should have lots of money to pay for damages, after all they travel the Country and some cases the world to demonstrate.
Trouble in 'progressive' paradise?
Posted by: Dante at March 19, 2007 11:51 AMHow terribly silly. A bunch of self-important people who take themselves and their blogs far too seriously.
99% of Canadians have no idea who any of these people are, nor do they care.
Get over yourselves.

Posted by: multirec at March 19, 2007 4:02 PMin fact it WAS a monumental ego that sunk the maiden voyage titanic.
they shouldacoulda taken the first 2 or 3 crossings at a leisurely pace to work out the bugs, but no, the owner who was on board and demanded a record breaking pedal to the metal first time out and scrunch!!! the rest is history.
the ship was pretty much doomed anyway, they found one of the plugs from the rivet holes and analysed it a couple years ago, way too much carbon content which made the steel brittle esp. in the freezing n atlantic water.
smith was hired as captain since he had never had an accident. problem was, he didnt have a clue how to deal with the biggest maritime accident up till then since he had no experience doing so .....
c'est la vie !!! or perhaps, c'est la mort !!!
scrunch !!!!
