(But we all know the answer to that one, don't we: nobody in government goes to jail, (but if they do, their sentence is reduced- payment for keeping their mouth shut. This seems to work for all senior government flunkies.)

But you are right, no one will, unless Harper gets a majority, of at least 10 seats and can appoint some law and order judges that do more than ban Christmas trees. Is it just me or are most of the stupid rulings made by female judges. One let a man out on bail, with 65 convictions, and the cop mouthed off, and is now on 40 hrs unpaid leave. Getting great support from the force and public. Guess what, guy never showed up again. Now a female judge bans Christmas trees.
