Did anyone see Garth Turner's blog entry from last night....

"Thought about that last night, too, during that Halton Conservative EDA meeting when the country mice confronted the pussies from the party..." under "No free lunch".

Is Garth losing it? I'm sure hoping that Garth meant by his "pussies" remark that he was referring to feline cats and not women's private parts.

I had posted my comments on this on his blog - but it has not yet appeared.

Any comments?

And Garth once ran for the federal PC party and wanted to be a Prime Minister. Not really PM material?

Zawahiri has evidently described Canada as "second rate crusaders". Ouch.

LOL Joe Canunck!

Carville Takes Toronto
Jason McIntyre

The Ragin' Cajun visited Toronto Saturday.

James Carville, the man who helped Bill Clinton earn his first term in the White House, addressed the provincial Liberals at their annual general meeting.

Carville requested that correspondents refrain from recording his 18-minute speech to the audience of 1200. He also asked that his fee for the appearance and autograph session not be disclosed, however estimates pin the price at $50 000. ...- cfra.com

Carville is "lending" to the Ontario Liberals.

Lies from the CP; all the time; CP = Liars.

CP, aka Canadian Press, says Carville "is lending his expertise to Ontario's Liberals".

CP is a purveyor of outright, bald-faced lies.

The Ontario McGuinty Liberals will pay Carville his fees, aka $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Carville is not lending a thing. ...-

I'm glad several of you got a chuckle from my remark. Sometimes the 'news' of the world just begs for observations such as this...

Well, at least in my twisted mind... :)

Cheers. :)
