OTTAWA -- Prime Minister Paul Martin will have his first look at the much-anticipated report into the sponsorship scandal at 6 p.m. on Monday, more than 12 hours ahead of its public release.

It will be delivered to the government by Gomery commission officials and held in the tightest security, an official with the Prime Minister's Office said, as Mr. Martin and his strategists attempt to digest its potentially explosive findings. >>>
