The CBC World View Quiz

Lorrie Goldstein has published a portion of the CBC World View Employee Quiz;

Ready? Here we go:

(1) The most dangerous nation in the Mideast today is:

(a) Israel (b) Israel (c) Israel (d) Israel.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why the CBC refuses to use the word "terrorist".

For the CBC to describe suicide bombings in New York and London as "terrorist acts" would force them into the position of explaining why suicide bombings in Tel Aviv are not - and that might force an admission that they have chosen sides.

Oh oh... I think the CBC just launched a terrorist attack against cbcwatch.ca:

It's better now that Neil MacDonald was sent to Lower Slobobia?

I'm posting this again 'cause I think it got lost amongst the comments of another post. This time I included the actual archive address

You're EXACTLY right Kate.

I believe we all pay 50$ a year for that too!

Each.

and someone pays for my children too.

Make every taxpayer a shareholder in the CBC privatising it I say.

I always love when they are covering an event and they need 4 times as many people as CTV, Global, etc, etc. Must be the affirmative action thingy.

The CBC needs a personel shake down to make it operational as per its commissioning document. The CBC hasn't been "objectively informing Canadians" for some 30 years now.

Or perhaps we should simply put the CBC out of its misery. The money that goes into it could save lives, as in the health care system or in the military.

We don't need a state broadcaster.

If we do, it shouldn't pose as a legitimate news information outlet.
