Well, after an extremely tough day, coming home, and opening Kate's page, all I gots to say is ROFLMAO...

Thanks kate, I needed that..

Boy the speech writers have their work cut out for them tonight. All the double entendres, non sequiturs, "i did not have lunch with that mans", "I am not a crooks"...

Plus the usual 'tiring obstruction of parliament by opportunistic opposition', 'mediscare electioneering', 'only federalist party' etc, mistakes were made....blah blah blah...

The best thing that PM could possibly do, that would restore his integrity as a person at least and that would allow him to sleep at night would be to come clean. Fess up just like Bill Clinton should have. "Yes I did have sex with that woman." People would respect that the honesty and admission of guilt and accountability though he, and the goverment would have no alternative but to resign.

Instead we are going to get the MF "Checkers" speech. Please excuse my implied expletive.

Kate,

Bravo.....Bravo....

Instead of a good Republican Cloth coat it will be a Good Canadian Flag to wrap yourself in.....and by the way they'll keep the dog...

Look , Mommy, it's Dick Martin.

Deja-view, all over again (Yogi Berra?).

'Buy this magazine, or I will kill this dog'- wait! The Natlamp already did that. Insofar ad doggy photos go, I prefer the other one, ( posted on another blog I temporarily forget, ( small bills in a brown envelope).
But wait- wasn't that his puppy at Checkers?
The one he held up by it's ears for a photographer, so long ago!?! Said the dog 'liked' it?

Well, I'll say one thing for Nixon...he had great taste in dogs. That's one gorgeous spaniel.
