Results of Warren Kinsella Audit

(Now, there's a subject line sure to draw a thousand Google search hits.)

Angry In The Great White North is hosting a Blogging Tory Audit, to see how well we measure up to WK's description;

For those of you who, like me, are fed up with "Blogging Tories" - you know, the guys who use their "Blogging Tory" web sites to (as I have noted previously) defame feminists, gay marriage, the United Nations, bilingualism, immigration, anti-tobacco laws, liberals, fluoridation of water, the metric system and the Satanic subliminal pro-Stalinist messages used on episodes of The West Wing - it's time for a little payback.

My turn:

  • feminists -- Check.
  • gay marriage -- Double check. I've got your gay equality rights and
    your gay marriage
  • the United Nations -- Scorched earth
  • bilingualism -- (or is he talking about Cree?)
  • immigration -- Maltese Immigration, even
  • anti-tobacco laws -- and shower curtains, too!
  • liberals -- Round here we call 'em Libranos
  • fluoridation of water -- missed that one. But how about environment? Department of Fisheries and Oceans
  • the metric system -- Nah. I'm bilingual.
  • Satanic subliminal pro-Stalinist messages used on episodes of The West Wing -- Just the episode featuring Tommy Douglas.

    I have to admit, I defame the metric system almost daily, since I walk 3 miles to and from work every day.

    And I probably shouldn't mention how I'm being sued by the Friends of Water Flouridation because the court case is under a gag law, unless I talk about it in french. However, my french sucks. Did I just defame bilingualism?

    Warren doesn't have a blog because he doesn't allow comments/feedback. After all, someone might disagree with him. His is a personal vanity rant site. Gee, since he bit that hand that used to feed him earlier this week, I wonder if he also knaws on himself from time to time?

    Why are you doing Warren's work for him? Isn't the onus on him to back up his accusations with, you know, ACTUAL LINKS? That's what separates the real bloggers from the ego gratifying hacks.

    Brilliant idea. Our Blogaudit is up - 7/10, but we figure that Warren's missed some key items.

    Kudos to Angry.

    Note to TimR - this is known as mocking WK, not doing his work for him. His work right now is stabbing other Libs in the spine, and God knows I wouldn't want to interfere with that.

    Hmmm... gives me an idea...maybe a little defacement is in order to stick a little image on someones site....nah...better not, that might be illegal.....hmmmm
