The Tedinator
For the past few days, Drudge, Neale News and Bourque have been featuring a paparazzi photo of a shirtless Arnold Schwarzenegger, alerting an unsuspecting citizenry to the shocking news that men nearing 60 years tend to become a little flabby.
Who knew?
Maybe this comparison is a little more relevant.

You may recall the Liberal TV ad from the election with a "casual" Paulie profiled standing on a lake-country dock. Sadly, the profile was that of Homer Simpson, something the voters of Ontario evidently found tremedously reassuring.
Arnold's a busy man but he needs to get back up to at least 200-250 crunches a day, plus more work on the obliques - age is not the whole story here as he could tone up quite a bit, although the fittest "six-pack ab" type people can sometimes look unfit depending on the photo angle, etc. He must still be working arms, shoulders etc but needs to do more torso-centred powerlifting & probably more cardio, which is the time-consuming part.
