Update With some estimates placing the death toll at over 11,000 already, there is no word at all from Myanmar (formerly Burma) and low-lying Bangladesh.

Last Thursday Stan Deyo posted his earthquake predictions for the next 3-5 days stating there would be a major shake.... On Friday an 8.1 quake shook this region. Stan's decade-long analysis shows that when such a "bell-ringer" quake occurs, there is often a reciprocating shake.
