    1. It would take more than a month, so some serious back-up at the canoe coal-loading facility.

  1. 417 million tonnes does not cover China’s coal consumption. China imports coal extensively from Australia. At its prepandemic peak, China was importing about 80 million tonnes annually on top of domestic production.

    The notion that the world will ever be “net zero” is a dismally stupid delusion.
    1. It is being promised by politicians who will never be in office to have to live with the consequences of what they have promised;
    2. Net zero is nothing more than propaganda created by politicians desperate to create the impression that they are doing something about the crisis that they have created.

    1. It’s not the world that they want Net Zero, just the West or mainly the countries that Whitey reside in.
      Net Zero is all about bringing to death The White Man and his culture/society.

  2. The chicoms get a lot of US coal. It’s mined in Montana and shipped by rail to Robert’s Bank in BC where it is exported.

    Everybody is in on the scam.

    1. I believe Robert’s Bank is where Canadian-mined coal used to be delivered to in trains 108 cars long. Three locomotives in the front and three more in the middle with a stop at Hell’s Gate to check the wheels for locked brakes. Stole a ride in 1980.

  3. … Does it take to load 417 million tons of coal?

    I don’t know but I understand it makes you another day older and deeper in debt.
