Saskatoon parents are protesting after a man who identified as a female repeatedly walked around naked in the girls changing room during young children’s swimming lesson times at the Shaw Centre.

The protest happened at Saskatoon City Hall on Saturday and had about 25 people at it in the frigid weather. And they vow they will be back next Saturday at 2 pm..

Buffalo Party’s Mark “Grizzly Patriot” Friesen said the weather did not help with the turnout and they will be back.

“-33C with windchill kept some people away, I guess. Next weekend it’s on again. We can’t stop until we get the policy changed. We have to protect the kids. #stopthepedos Thanks to everyone who braved the cold!” tweeted Friesen.

The man has walked repeatedly around the changing room with no towel or underwear. So, everything can be seen by little girls while they change for their swim classes.

“A male that identifies as female was in the female change room and walking around completely naked. No towel, no underwear,” said a parent in a Facebook group.

Parents have complained to the Shaw Centre about the man who identifies as transgender.

The Shaw Centre staff told parents that anyone could use whatever change room aligns with their gender identity.

“I have spoken with a supervisor and was told anyone can use any change room based on what gender they identify with,” said a parent in a Facebook group.

The Western Standard called the Shaw Centre and was told the same policy.

That’s what normalization looks like.

The wrath of the parents should also extend to the administrators of the Centre. This problem cannot be stopped by soap boxing it. Nor will it be stopped by ballot boxing it. What will stop it?     I can tell you with absolute certainty that if any man tried this crap while my granddaughters were in the changing room, blood would flow – his blood, in copious quantities.

      As an atheist I agree with you, and was gonna post a similar post, I have in the past had to confront a stupid teacher on an unacceptable issue, and threatening to beat the shit out of him was the only way the school would listen and act.         I believe that direct action is the only solution to this increasingly odious problem. I would add that those of us with the least to lose should be at the forefront of this direct action. I am 83 and have nothing to lose. I don’t want to get Kate in any trouble so I have to be careful here. In theory (and I emphasis here, “IN THEORY”), I could actually take someone’s life and the maximum penalty would be life imprisonment. So, in practice, what would be the actual price I would pay? A day in jail? A week, a month, a couple of years? So the bottom line is that there is nothing of consequence that the state can do to me that would dissuade me from any kind of direct action. So, if anyone thinks that I would hesitate to inflict real damage to anyone threatening the well being of any of my family (or anyone facilitating such action), they would be making a big mistake. Those who know my life history would not doubt that I am serious.

    1. Saskatoon is a beautiful city, but the politicians are definitely NDP so anything goes and there is a HUGE victim culture. When I lived in Toronto, the city did not bother to clean the changerooms at the local pool after the politicians decided NOT to charge admission to the pool. The place became filthy and I stopped taking my young daughter there. I have had it “up to here” with political correctness!

  8. At some point I would just go use the mens locker room because there is likely less penis in there if this keeps up. In addition to this most men who are not confused about being a man would likely be somewhat uncomfortable with the situation of a woman (or in this case a bunch of children) in the mens locker room and likely leave and cover up. Back in the old days (how is 10 years ago considered old now) if a “c*ck” was exposed in the women’s locker room there would be a lot of men waiting for that individual to exit the locker room for a less than civil straightening out. Where are the men willing to protect the women and children from indecent exposure? And when will they realize that all exposure outside the bedroom is indecent when it comes to genitalia?

  15. Walk in with a towel, politely ask all the women to take their children out of the dressing room into the pool area or washroom area out of the sights and sounds of where you are.

    Knock the perv to the ground, wrap the towel around his feet and drag his naked body out of the washroom into the public entry area. Make sure you have called the cops first, and make a citizen’s arrest for public exposure to a minor. Call the other men who are “frens” to hold the perv down upon threats to his personal safety and well being.

    Wait for the cops to arrive. Hopefully there are 20 or so of your frens there to show how serious these charges are.

I don’t approve of the suggestions of violence (because we know where that will go – you will be charged and imprisoned), but we all need to keep the attention of bureaucrats and elected officials on these issues. Continue to bombard city council and ward members with messages and showing up at city council meetings and at their offices. The progressive left is very good at this (mainly because they are all unemployed and have the time to do so), but we have to start doing the same thing. It is our children and our future at stake so it is worthwhile giving up your Monday night to attend city council etc.
